We booked a double room… when I arrived at the hotel… the administrator immediately asked me to pay… after payment she showed me the room… in fact it was a capsule… just a bed… I refused to live here … with a scandal they returned part of the payment… The administrator is an elderly woman dressed very vulgarly… a terrible aftertaste remained… return the money! It's not very nice to do this…

I spent the night normally 2 times, but when I came the 3rd time, it turned out that they didn’t have my reservation, and that there weren’t even any rooms available when I booked.
It’s a little scary to walk to the entrance in the evening — people of southern appearance sometimes gather there. Last time one of them was aggressive.
A bit dirty. It’s better not to put bags and backpacks under the bed. It’s very dirty there.
Audibility is very good.

Clean, white linen, pleasant smell. Showers, bathrooms, everything is clean.
It took a long time to find the keys to the closet; there was not always a person at the reception. The kitchen is not very clean. You need to come with your own mug, the ones in the kitchen are very dubious.

Convenient location. Stylish, clean, warm without unnecessary odors. Nevertheless, it is clear that many guests live here for months, which leaves its mark. The disadvantage of a loft bed is that any movement moves the entire structure, preventing everyone in the room from sleeping and waking up the bedmate.

The administrator is not customer oriented. It was never on the counter. First I solved my problems, and then my clients.
The room cannot be said to be super clean: a dirty baseboard (there were just pieces of dust lying around), dirty radiators (also covered in dust), an uncomfortable bed (the mattress rolled off the bed itself), a bed frame made of some kind of bars (when they sat on it, one fell off), dirty bathtub (sink, faucet as if they had never been washed), hair in the shower, it looks like mold was removed between the tiles with a special white product, that everything looks as if before the guests arrived they tried to hide these traces of mold, it’s uncomfortable to wash, you constantly hit your head the wall (it's at an angle), the shower is shabby, it wouldn't hurt to replace it, there's no TV in the room, the windows are also high up and you can't even really see them. A dirty kitchen is absolutely trash. The hostel itself is very noisy (due to guests and from the street there is constant noise from the establishment in the same building)

About 7 minutes walk from Shabolovskaya metro station, Surfcoffee coffee shop in the same building.
Although the hostel is simple, everything is very clean, both the bathroom and the room. Very good roommates and staff in general. Very decent for the price.
The admin is often not at the reception, there was no room with less than 8 beds, the table in the dining room was not wiped down.

4 times in the hostel, this time was a complete disappointment. We stayed for a week, during this time they never took the trash out of the room, did not change the towels. In addition, they did not give THREE small TOWELS. Very poor soundproofing, you can hear every rustle. The sinks in the shared bathroom are very small, if you want to wash yourself, be prepared to be doused from head to toe. The drain in the shower does not work properly, while taking a shower you stand in a puddle of dirt and hair. The plumbing has not been cleaned even once, it is disgusting to touch. The beds in the room are completely uncomfortable, the mattresses are old, all dented, slipping. After the first night my back hurt a lot. There is a hole in the sheet. There is an elevator, but not to the hostel itself, heavy suitcases need to be dragged up a spiral staircase. On the plus side, a convenient location and a good area. There are many 24-hour stores and a metro station nearby.

I'm currently staying at this hostel. I decided to write a review right away before I forgot. I have a hotel room with a double bed and one single bed. First, I want to mention the administrator, the young man greeted me warmly, which cannot be said about many other hostels, he showed everything, explained everything, there were no questions left. The room is very clean, pleasant to stay. The hostel has 3 showers, if I'm not mistaken, there are no queues. The restrooms are clean, there are many of them, several sinks and even some interior design is present. The hostel itself is generally very bright, modern renovation. The visitors are adequate, no one makes noise. In the kitchen for common use: coffee, tea, kettle, microwave, stove. All that is needed. There is also an iron in the common hallway and a washing machine. More! There is an elevator. This is a separate big plus. The prices for such a wonderful overnight stay are low. The metro is just five minutes away (Shabolovskaya). Near Eurospar, a grocery store, it took just 2 minutes to get there. In general, I will definitely come back more than once!
