We've stayed here more than once, everything was good. But the last time was disappointing. We took a room with paid breakfast. At the reception upon check-in they said that breakfast was buffet and they told us the breakfast time. Everything was fine on Saturday. On Sunday (the day of departure) in the morning, passing by the reception for breakfast, the girl said that there was no buffet today and breakfast had to be ordered individually. Yesterday they didn’t warn me because they allegedly didn’t get through (there were no missed calls, the phone was always on). Although in the evening, when returning, I personally greeted you, it was possible to clarify from which room and warn you. As a result, they said that breakfast would be brought in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes there was nothing, unfortunately we couldn’t wait any longer. The time was calculated for the buffet and we were already late. In the end, we were left with paid breakfast, but hungry. Without apologies and excuses that they just didn’t get through.

The hotel is located close to several metro stations. The rooms are small, the equipment is good. Soundproofing is a C grade. The plumbing is without any complaints, the water pressure and temperature are very good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was a special surprise — I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised, you won’t leave hungry and there is a variety. I haven’t visited the baths so I can’t evaluate it.
