It was good before, we stayed there 3 times. Dirty and terrible. We made a reservation, warned that we would arrive late at night, but upon arrival at half past twelve in the morning we were refused, they said that our reservation had been canceled because… no places. But they didn’t warn us over the phone, so we’re relying on a reservation…
➜ Not a tourist hostel, but a hostel for working people. Maybe this is the norm in Moscow, but I’m used to hostels targeting tourists, not migrant workers.
I don’t know who thought it was clean here, I’ll have nightmares about this shower. Hair is everywhere, the drain is clogged, the window to the street is not covered with anything, plaque is everywhere.
The kitchen does not match the photo on the booking, it seems the furniture was removed and slightly changed. It’s also dirty, a mountain of dishes.
Specifically, number 25 is a kind of coffin; the reserved seat will be more spacious. Of course, our eyes saw what we were buying, 750 is not enough for almost the center of Moscow, but you can clean properly so that guests don’t leave the shower room vomiting : (
On the plus side, the bed is comfortable, the girl at the reception is polite and friendly.

I really liked the service, friendly service. The girl at the reception helped with choosing a place at a good price and location. Clean, comfortable, all conditions for a stay. The atmosphere is very cozy, like home 😊😊😊. I am very grateful to the girls who work there.
