Savoy Hotel

I spent 7 of the most beautiful days with them. Everyone was wonderful. The hotel is clean. The staff serves you in whatever you need. The receptionists, the cleaning staff, and the men at the exit door. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding! The hotel was of excellent quality, with incredibly kind, helpful, and always friendly staff. The location is perfect — close to the city center and public transport, yet tucked away in a peaceful area off the main road. A truly wonderful stay that exceeded expectations!

Great location. Friendly staff daniel and archum are the best so are the rest of the staff were very helpful. Room are clean aminities are available will be my choice for sure whenever I come to moscow again thank u for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

I just spent ten days at Savoy Moscow and everything was far beyond expectations. The staff was all excellent — from the front desk to cleaning to restaurant and the bell and door. And the location so central to all things. In a city of many wonderful hotels I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

The Savoy Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the Strand in the City of Westminster in central London, England. Built by the impresario Richard D'Oyly Carte with profits from his Gilbert and Sullivan opera productions, it opened on 6 August 1889. It was the first in the Savoy group of hotels and restaurants owned by Carte's family for over a century. The Savoy was the first hotel in Britain to introduce electric lights throughout the building, electric lifts, bathrooms in most of the lavishly furnished rooms, constant hot and cold running water and many other innovations. Carte hired César Ritz as manager and Auguste Escoffier as chef de cuisine; they established an unprecedented standard of quality in hotel service, entertainment and elegant dining, attracting royalty and other rich and powerful guests and diners.
The hotel became Carte's most successful venture. Its bands, Savoy Orpheans and the Savoy Havana Band, became famous, and other entertainers (who were also often guests) included George Gershwin, Frank Sinatra, Lena Horne and Noël Coward. Other famous guests have included Edward VII, Oscar Wilde, Enrico Caruso, Charlie Chaplin, Babe Ruth, Harry Truman, Joan Crawford, Judy Garland, John Wayne, Laurence Olivier, Marilyn Monroe, Humphrey Bogart, Elizabeth Taylor, Barbra Streisand, Bob Dylan, Bette Midler, the Beatles and many others. Winston Churchill often took his cabinet to lunch at the hotel.

Food and service were both great. Savoy itself is a guarantee for these, I believe you know already.
It is in the downtown of Moscow and is very convenient to get in touch of the locals.

The hotel is very beautiful and classic. The service is excellent. The location is great, close to everything. The price is excellent.

The room is good n it in the old style building which mean the air con not even cold, we asked them to fix it they came in checked the temperator and said sth in russia like it already cold but it never cold, because of the very high ceiling in room, the air outside even better, slow check in, fast check out, with helper at the front door but no bellboy with the prices not wort it yet.

We were at the hotel in January. Everything is great! The staff is wonderful both at the reception and at the entrance and the women who tidy up the rooms! The number itself is 10/10! (Representational). Breakfast is perfect!
We will definitely come again 🤗

Lovely classic hotel in the best possible location close to the Bolshoi and Red Square. Very helpful staff. Great Breakfast complete with live pianist. Very comfortable room with everything one could want.
All this for a very reasonable price.

The classic room is not large, but comfortable. The windows on the Central House of Art are wonderful, not noisy. They clean well.
The restaurant is closed for renovations, so breakfast is served in the lobby. But this did not spoil the impression; there was a good selection of dishes, including hot ones; The staff is helpful and attentive.
The spa center is clean, the pool and sauna are not large, but there are only 3 people there.
Overall, it’s a quiet, cozy hotel with a super convenient location.

Very central, very convenient. Red Square, Kuznetsky Most, Nikolskaya within walking distance.
The breakfast is excellent, there is everything :) scrambled eggs, fresh orange juice, sausages, pastries, yogurt. Buffet. True, the restaurant was under renovation, breakfast was in the lobby.
Everything is fine, the bathroom has a full set of accessories, clothes, clean. Lots of outlets.
They forgot that I need to prepare documents for accounting in the evening.
