Hostel Ester House

Excellent location: in the center of Moscow, metro nearby.
Spacious room. Comfortable beds, in my room there was a convenient staircase leading to the second tier of the bed. The room has air conditioning.
I wanted it very clean. Daily room cleaning. Showers and toilets are clean. The kitchen is always kept clean.
Excellent staff: friendly, welcoming.
I wanted it to be very comfortable, there are cozy areas in the halls. There is a kitchen: tea at any time, there are even treats on Fridays. Additional services available to guests include washing and drying clothes. The room had an iron and ironing board. There is a good hairdryer in the washroom.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
Drunk men snoring in the room, it was necessary to book a women's room, but I booked before it was comfortable, all you have to do is put on headphones and try to sleep, sometimes it’s noisy and you can hear vacationers who can’t sleep past midnight.

Staff — unwelcoming, unhelpful and by far worst hostel I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

My husband and I took a double room (VIP), the conditions were just super 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The room has everything (towels, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, iron). The hostel itself is very beautiful, the location is very convenient. Near the metro, shops, cafes. The bathroom is clean and very spacious, no foreign odors, good ventilation and sound insulation. There is even a light under the bed 😅 Overall, we were satisfied😌😌😌

Nearby is the Prospekt Mira metro station, the Eurospar store is a 7-minute walk, the intersection is a 5-minute walk. Vasnetsov Museum, the largest mosque, apothecary garden.
There is a toaster in the kitchen, which is very convenient👍
A large closet, the inside is inconveniently blocked with shelves; it would be better if there weren’t any. Two hangers in total.
There is another place under the bed for display, very convenient.
The front door clicks loudly when closing.
The neighbors are all decent people, I calmly left my phone and backpack.
I'm tidying everything up. But, of course, the guests themselves must also maintain cleanliness. Otherwise, no complaints.
Cleaning every day. The sinks and bathrooms are clean.
There is no area for street shoes at the entrance. You walk halfway through the hostel in your shoes, and in them you go to the clean room where the slippers are.
If you washed something small (socks, underpants), it’s not clear where to dry it. We had to look for a maid, and we could only pick her up — drying was only done in their premises.
The bathrooms and showers are reminiscent of an office toilet — a row of sinks opposite the cubicle.
The hairdryer only worked with cold air.
The pillow is very thin.

Everything was perfect, clean and no problems. The dissatisfied woman at the reception is perhaps the only thing you can complain about. She took 5 minutes of my time when checking out, so it didn’t spoil the impression of the hostel.

I stayed here often, everything was good.
But the last time I ruined everything…
I booked a room on the website, and it’s good that I decided to call in advance, they told me that in fact there were no places available, and that the information on the website was incorrect…
If I had arrived in the morning and they told me that I had to wait 9 hours until a seat became available, I would have been upset…
So keep that in mind.

Wonderful hostel, everything is as in the photo.
I didn’t meet a single character, as happened in other hostels, who inhabited the entire space of the room for himself alone and you were his “guest. ” Each has its own cell, plus a comfortable spacious hall with sofas, tables and even a nesting chair, I enjoyed reading a book in it.
The kitchen really doesn't have a stove and it's great, it doesn't feel like a dorm at all.
The geographical location is very advantageous.
Clean, neat, I was pleased with the stylish appearance and functionality, for example, for the first time I saw in a hostel the choice of a tropical shower or a regular one. The sanitary area is well maintained and is certainly a very pleasant place to be.
They also helped move the closet under which the earring had fallen, thank you) )

Top location “both away from people and away from people”, quiet center.
Spacious room, comfortable beds and lockers.
It’s clean, the maids work from morning to evening. We have our own house master. The neighbors are mostly decent, calm people, in whose company it is pleasant to be.
The place is popular, there is always a high occupancy, so it would be desirable to be able to occasionally ventilate the rooms even in winter.

The hotel is located near the Prospekt Mira metro station — not within walking distance, but very, very close. Near the station there is everything you need, such as grocery stores (VkusVill, Perekrestok) and fast food (Burger King, KFC, McDonald's).
Comfortable and pleasant bed, the linen was clean and neatly laid — the hole in the pillowcase was a little embarrassing, but no big deal (probably). In general, a pleasant room, except that the photographs always show staircases in the standard sense, but in my room there were stairs that had to be climbed, and it was very inconvenient. Nothing terrible, but I was expecting a “ladder”, heh. In the capsule itself, so to speak, there is a small shelf, a hanger for two things and a socket with a lamp. I think the capsule is spacious — there were no problems with my height (184 cm). There is a storage room that can be opened using a PIN code, convenient! There is also a table and chairs in the room, but in my case almost all of them were occupied — however, I don’t think that one could comfortably sit at them for a long time, for example, working or reading a book. The windows seemed large, there was no noise (except for the neighbors snoring, but that goes without saying, heh).
I already wrote about the room, but in general the whole hostel seemed very clean to me — they often write about this in reviews, so they didn’t lie, hahaha. Every day I saw the cleaners cleaning and washing something.

The professional contribution to the hotel and hostel is noticeable; hardworking staff, large space, perfect cleanliness and a good feeling of coziness. For the hostel category, this is truly the best I've seen.
As for the location and characteristics — a quiet area, easy to get to, there are places where you can comfortably walk. Separate convenient entrance and excellent windows with views in the rooms.
The place is "cool" from the word class — indeed, the highest.
Highly recommend; Objectively — an excellent hostel!

Very convenient location — along the ring metro line quickly in any direction. Nearby is the Apothecary Garden and gastro area.
The rooms and common areas are clean. The bedding is high quality, snow-white, and includes a large towel. There are no problems with water in the shower. There are even hair dryers.
The bed is comfortable, the linen is high-quality, snow-white, there is a socket and a light bulb. Locker with combination lock. The room is spacious, there is a large table if you want to work outside of the common areas.
Very clean everywhere. Pleasant aroma, fresh air.
The nice girl at the reception explained everything and communicates warmly with guests even at the end of her work shift. Thank you.
There's no such thing.

Beautiful, neat and clean with no disturbance from other hostel lites. Staff is polite and friendly.
Nothing.

Very Near to Mtero Station, very near to super Markets.
Very Clean, very well arranged, awesome size utilization, very calm, very nice view. Overall I am speechless with their high quality.
Very polite, helpful, and the receptionist was in a very nice and cheerful attitude.

Actually I stayed for 3 nights it was nice place to stay it's super clean I liked that. Reception girls were so nice with me ♥️
Since the room is shared with 6 persons it's a bit uncomfortable bkz at 1 am or 2 pm girls came late and started to make noise so for someone like me it was no so pleasant 😅

Worst hostel in Moscow terrible receptionist very bad behaviour by receptionist and racist.
This is worst hostel in moscow. When you go you will be told room number and you have to find room and bed yourself and there is a guy sitting in reception he is very racist even he is not talking properly From his gross it seemed as if I was living for free. And on seeing me his face used to turn red like am a criminal. If you are Asian this receptionist guy will treat you like a criminal. Waste of money.
