Great hotel for people. The rooms are clean, with normal furniture and comfortable beds, high ceilings, there is a small cafe where the food is delicious. One small minus: there is a tram under the windows.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the administrator is ok. But the air conditioner did not work, a set of towels was not provided for the two-room junior suite, and one towel was torn and sewn up.
Ps, the girl says that the hair conditioner they give is terrible.

Quite a cozy mini-hotel. The room is small, but has everything you need. Bed, shower, desk, refrigerator. — everything is there, everything is working. There are sockets next to the bedside table (it seems like nonsense, but there are often very few of them). There is air conditioning and heater. This is complemented by pleasant little things in the form of odourase shampoo and shower gel, a teeth cleaning kit, and shoe wipes.
The only significant drawback is Wi-Fi. It seems to be there, but it practically doesn’t work in the room (at least it didn’t catch it in mine}. For this I’m reducing the point, for me it’s significant. Otherwise, it’s a great inexpensive hotel for a short stay.
