I will say honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Clean toilet and shower. Coffee/tea — please, the only thing is that we stayed for several nights, but they did not replenish our coffee and tea, we drank it right away after the journey. Overall, I recommend it.

The room is clean, quiet and everything is in its place. Overall, the mattress and pillow are comfortable, it was not cold! It is very convenient that it is within walking distance from Crocus and you can get to the exhibition in 30 minutes on foot.
The room is clean, everything is tidy, the bed linen is clean and fresh!

Cozy, calm atmosphere of the mini-hotel. Polite staff. Cleanliness and order are maintained everywhere. For a comfortable stay, we had a large double bed and a folding sofa at our disposal. Comfortable and soft. I was pleasantly surprised by the snow-white bed linen. All guests have access to a kitchenette, water coolers, and refrigerators. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the metro. There are also shopping centers there. Overall, the whole family liked it.

Everything is clean and tidy. The bed linen is really white and clean, I am very clean; it is important for me that there is no trace of previous visitors in the room. The hotel coped with this task. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was always cleaned upon returning. If you consider the view from the windows, of course not very much. It’s a bit far from the metro, however, the cleanliness and comfort of the bed played a role after long walks around Moscow. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

There are no complaints about the staff, they work well, they clean cleanly.
In one room there was an unbearable smell of sewage from the shower drain. In the second, the water in the toilet practically did not drain. Moreover, the hotel staff is aware of the second problem. But they don't do anything about it.

An excellent hotel and at a reasonable price too. The room is clean, clean bed, daily cleaning, the room has everything you need, tea, coffee, soap, hairdryer, disposable slippers, and even a shoe sponge. There is a refrigerator and cooler on the floor; on the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, friendly and polite staff. Nearby are shops, pharmacies, bus stop and metro 5 min walk. In general, next time we will definitely stay here.

I liked the location (not far from Cherkizovo station). Lovely room for 3 people (2 single beds and a sofa). The sofa is comfortable, the room is clean. Nice shower room. For 2 nights it came out to about 9tr (a little less) for three people. Nearby there is a wonderful cafe for breakfast Thermos and within walking distance of the hookah bar T&S Lounge.

I can't say anything about the attractions. But it was very convenient for me based on the purpose of the trip (event). The map shows that it takes me 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the meeting address, in fact it’s 2-3 minutes. Colleagues said that the place was convenient, since it was close to the metro and not far from the center.
Cleanliness and tidiness. The room was cleaned every day. I liked that the room itself was cozy in size and perfect for 1-2 people. Nice mattress. There is a hairdryer. The shower is not a plastic box, but a normal one in tiles, there is enough space, there is shower gel. Very comfortably. The room is as in the photo on the website.
Everywhere is clean and tidy. It is clear that they take care of cleanliness. There is no dust or mold anywhere. The smell is pleasant everywhere. The mini kitchen is also clean.

Separately, I would like to say that in the comments when booking the room, I indicated that I wanted a normal shower, and not a plastic box. Honestly, I didn’t think that my wish would be taken into account (I had such an experience in other hotels). But upon arrival, I discovered in my room that my wishes had been taken into account. It is very nice.
I lived there for 3 days and all the admins were friendly, approachable, and polite.
The pillow I received was not very comfortable.

There is a bus stop nearby. Metro is 20 minutes walk. Grocery stores 10 minutes walk.
We asked to check in earlier, and they checked in without additional payment. The staff is polite. You can park your car nearby (no parking).
Free tea and coffee in the room. Plenty of towels (there were 4 of us). The TV works, there is air conditioning, and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The shower is very comfortable, not a cubicle.
Smell in the room. But since we stayed for one night, it’s not critical. In the photo the number looks larger and different from the photo.

Excellent hotel! Spacious clean rooms. Everything is. The double bed is exactly a double bed, and not made up of two single beds, as is the case in many hotels. The room is not stuffy.
