Staff was helpful. Building was beautiful. Excellent location. Good breakfast. I liked the hotel in general.
Internet was a little slow.

I have a long reservation at the Arbat Hotel.
Please take my complaint against the parking attendant:
1) once he asked permission to walk with me to the subway.
2) today he called me "you" — in familiar Russian manner and went up with me to the floor in the same elevator without my permission. All this took place in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff made a comment to the parking attendant.
Why is the parking attendant in the hotel and says he's doing a tour?
That is the only thing I didn’t like in this hotel.
I'm extremely unhappy with this familiar attitude.

Very nice, classic and convenient hotel.
We stayed during Christmas for a week.
— the location is perfect.
— breakfast is okey.
— the rooms clean and services are good, everyone is very kind.
— We hadn’t tried but there is a Michelin starred restaurant inside the hotel.
Overall I am very much satisfied with my staying here, definitely more than a three star hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was there in August 2023 and was very pleased! This year I didn’t even consider other options. The price-quality ratio, in my opinion, is ideal! location 2 minutes walk from Old Arbat, 20 minutes walk to the center of Moscow and 2 metro stops to Moscow City. And at the same time, the noise and traffic of the city is not heard in the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and focused on the wishes of the guests. When booking, I indicated that I wanted the same room as last year — and upon arrival they thanked me for expressing my wishes in advance and placing me in the desired room.
My room was on the second floor. This location is convenient for me, since I do not like the elevator, the ironing room and the restaurant are also on the second floor. This way everything is at your fingertips. The room is clean, well maintained, without any foreign odors.
The food is tasty and varied. The restaurant staff is also very sincere and friendly.
I'm sure this is not the last time I've been to this hotel. Thank you.

Great location, frendly service, quite street and room. Breakfast looks "home style" but they have everything and good quality for the price. They have two type of rooms, old ones and refurnished, I have seen both and chosen the modern, I think 10% difference in price is good for better conditions.

Lovely spacious room, huge comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms have a mini-fridge and several bottles of water, robes, and slippers. You can order food at a discount from the restaurant opposite. Convenient location of the hotel — near the old and new Arbat, metro within walking distance. We'll definitely be back!

Breakfast and location was great. But the rooms has lovely woodwork from the 60s but is sadly in need of refurbishment. The.
Air conditioning in hotel doesn't mean in the room. We were given a fan and the temperature in the room was 31C. In july unbearable.

The location is great. Center, Arbat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, near a metro station, shops, attractions. It's located in a quiet alley, no noise.
Breakfast included in the stay was excellent. Everything you needed for breakfast was always there, everything was tasty, clean and light. The most important thing is to wake up well.
Super comfortable bed. Clean comfortable room. Thick curtains. I advise you to pay a little extra and take a room from those that have been reconstructed with air conditioning. I haven't slept so well in a long time.
No questions at all. Clean in the rooms, in the lobby, in the restaurant.
Polite experienced staff. They helped with everything and resolved the questions I asked them. We completed registration in an hour. No complaints.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, there was no disposable toothbrush with toothpaste. But I went out into the yard and bought it at the store, no problem. And then, maybe if I asked and they would give it.

I liked everything: the location, the room, a very good varied breakfast for every taste, cold and hot water on the floors.
The only small negative: there is no shelf in the shower stall. Gel, shampoo, and washcloth can only be placed on the floor.

This was not the first time we stayed and most likely not the last. I like everything. Quick check-in and friendly staff. Great location. Spacious and clean room. Varied buffet for breakfast. I wouldn't say it's budget-friendly, but it's worth it.

Excellent, for its 3 stars, hotel in the center of Moscow, next to Arbat. This is why they were chosen. The interior is a little pretentious and dark, but this is a matter of taste. Everywhere was clean, polite staff, we checked in quickly. Prices for the May holidays are affordable, about 6 thousand rubles per day for 2 people. Our room was standard modus on the 5th floor, the hotel has 2 elevators. Breakfast is included in the price, on a buffet, everything is acceptable, we didn’t leave hungry.
The rooms are cleaned every day, so the room is always clean and tidy. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The bathroom has all the accessories: gels, shampoo, etc.
Comfortable large bed with an excellent mattress. The room is warm, there is central heating, as well as a sleeping system with heating and cooling.
What was missing. The water pressure in the bathroom was rather weak, there was no shower curtain, and it was inconvenient to shower while standing. The room is dark in the evening, there is no overhead lighting. It is not provided, there is only a floor lamp and a table lamp… and 2 more sconces by the beds. Checking in in the evening in the dark is uncomfortable. There was not enough chair to work at the table; there was only one bulky chair, which had to be moved, either to the table or to the window, so as not to block the passage. And the blanket was winter, warm… very hot for May.
In general, everything was comfortable and acceptable, I definitely recommend visiting.

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, narrow streets, silence, despite the proximity of Arbat and Smolensky Prospekt, convenient location, 10 minutes from the metro. Nearby is the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The food is delicious, breakfast suits every taste and preference, the staff is polite and ready to help.
Clean, neat, concise and tasteful. Yes, in a retro style, but for me this had a special chic. Comfortable double bed, clean bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, shoe shine kit, hair dryer, towels that were changed every day. Everything is top notch.
The hotel staff is polite, courteous and caring.
The only drawback, so to speak, is the slightly worn carpets in the hallway.

The room is on the second floor with the smell of old furniture, a tattered rug in the hallway, the walls under the window sill are incomprehensibly painted, old sockets. For the center of Moscow and the title “President Hotel” this is unacceptable, in my opinion. The coffee machine is not turned on at the beginning of breakfast, there is no tea. We won't stop anymore.

I only liked the location. 2 minutes from Old Arbat, quiet place, view of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The hotel is very old. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was trash. Look at the photo, you will understand everything yourself. A torn carpet in the corridor, old furniture. The technical staff told us that Fidel Castro stayed here. Well, apparently nothing has been repaired since then.
I was shocked, to be honest, when I saw this palace. For the center of Moscow and a hotel that presents itself as the “President Hotel” this is simply unacceptable. The window sills are moving away from the wall, the walls under the window sills are painted haphazardly. The sockets are generally from the sixties, they just don’t fall out of the wall. The lamps on the bedside tables are glued together. It seems that they were thrown at the walls, they broke and they were judged in the moment. Dear administration of the Arbat Hotel, please order bedside lamps using ozone or wb. Respect your clients and yourself. Photos of lamps in Yandex, here you can only attach 4 photos.

The hotel left a pleasant impression, we booked a Standard Modus room (renovated), the view from the room is beautiful. The room is equipped with everything you need (toiletries, bottled water available), there is a water cooler on the floor. I really liked that there were a lot of mirrors in the room. The staff is responsive, took into account all the wishes, very nice. Good location in the city center, but not on a noisy street, close to the Smolenskaya metro station. There are many museums in the area (Museum of Gorky, Gogol, Turgenev…), historical attractions.
