The best hotel. Friendly staff.

Superior check in, comfortable rooms of varying prices (check multiple websites) Great walk in shower Metro is across the road.

Good clean hotel, in a good central location. Walk to Kremlin/Red square is 30-35 mins. By metro, it is 15-20 mins. Arbat street is very close by with all the night life and action.

We stayed for 3 nights while in Moscow and loved the location. The metro is literally steps from the front door. I admit we did get lost a few times on the metro, but their stations are beautiful! The service at the hotel was excellent. We didn’t have the breakfast buffet as it was not included in our room and to add it was $20, 000 rubles, very expensive for breakfast in Moscow! The room and the proximity to Arbat Street was perfect.

Amazing place! Wonderful staff. Always clean. Looks amazing. Breakfast was vast and delicious! Rooms were spacious and organized well. We even got a free upgrade for our last night!

We stayed 6 nights there. Hotel staffs are all nice and friendly, willing to offer help if we need it. Room is clean with okay street view. Breakfast has variety choice, even offer bubbly! (see the picture). Bar has good cocktails. Restaurant food is good, but a little bit higher than street food, if you don't want to go out, eat in is a good choice. Near subway station (metro).

Great amenities in the room, very confortable. Also has a sauna and nicely equipped gym. The restaurant and bar are pretty good too, with good food and drink options. Nicely located in a central area (lots of restaurants, bars, ATMs, markets, etc), also next to a subway station that takes you directly to Red Square.

It stands in the city center of Moscow. There is everything in walking distance. Near the street of the city Arbat. It's beautiful.

This is a very nice hotel near Arbat Street. Lots of food and amenities on Arbat. Also very near to the Metro station. Very well organised hotel with good staff, who are able to speak proper English.

Very poor room service-no cleaning in fact! From 6 days stay three times "forgot" to put shampoo, soap, etc. The dirt on the carpet is not cleaned all week!

Loved the hotel. In the usual room standard 2 large mirrors, a lot of light-in the bathroom embroidery crosses can, tea-coffee in the room, 2 showers, flat you. The rooms are not large, but very cozy. The bed linen and towels are white, cleaned every day and the main thing is clean! In the room there are carpets, a bathroom in a tile. They give shampoo, soap, shower gel, but the hair conditioner needs to carry its own. Also give 2 bottles of water every day. Metro close by-walk a minute.

Fast staff. Clean rooms but sometimes you can hear the metro also, the rooms little bit small and they need to reorgnize the furniture to fit the space.

Great hotel! Excellent location on the Garden Ring, walking distance to Arbat, New Arbat, 1 subway stop to Red Square, Kremlin and Manege Square, all a must visit. Lots of great restaurant around, such as Chaihonna, Balkon, Muga, White Rabbit, 4 or 5 nice grocery stores. Lotte Plaza shopping center is very close as well.

Very cozy lobby. A little surprised by the refusal of the waitress lobby of boa to bring a basket of cakes or biscuits and offer to bring all the piece:) ) ). And so, a very nice place to meet in the center.

Loved staying at this place. Very close to the old Arbat shopping district and 2 metro hops away from the red square. They were very accommodative and stored our bags was 4 days while we were at st. Petersburg. They also allowed us to check in at 7am since they had a room. The price is extremely reasonable for the location. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. They had a great spread for breakfast including a lot of vegetarian options.

Fantastic hotel in a good location. The hotel is right next to a metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small, but still comfortable. The internet was very fast (a first for any chain hotel that I've experienced). Definitely recommended.

Excellent, if it would have the opportunity to put 10 stars I would put, a hotel with all the letters. The location is very good, the best, is located 50 metres from arbat street ideal for going out in the evenings if you want to drink or eat something. Very good, super recommended.

Beautiful, brand new hotel. Wonderful interior, friendly and helpful staff, good Breakfast. Paid 7tys. Rub. 1-local standard before the hotel officially opened. Now the same thing is this. Have to go back to the hotel Belgrad (stop in the area on business often) — the same level of the room in one and a half times cheaper. Very sorry ( ( (.
