In this hotel I stayed 4 nights (3, 5t/day) and believe this hotel deserves another subjective review.
Can't say anything about all the rooms but my room was clean and cozy. The room has a large bed (it is possible to fit together), a table, a wardrobe, a comfortable poof, a small fridge and a TV (but I did not use them). The bathroom is as clean and tidy: no bath, but there is a shower and a hair dryer. Of the accessories: bathrobe, disposable slippers, shower gel, soap liquid in soap with dispenser (in the shower stall and at the sink).
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfasts (e. G. : yogurt, sandwich, sausages with vegetables chopped, tea/coffee, cupcake). I think it's enough to have a good and tight breakfast.
The cons are also present, but it is not critical.
The smell from the sewers, but here saves the fact that there is a hood. Yes, and if you close the door to the bathroom, the bedroom does not smell.
Sound insulation, as it has already written, so-so.
Overall a very nice place. Recommend.
