On May's went to Mistral.
The hotel is a luxurious area groomed.
Having parked the car, I went to my room, which I was allowed to check in an hour earlier.
I go to the bath, I come to wash my hands… And there's hair! And certainly not mine, neither on length, nor on colour. And some sand, like a bucket of water after the floor was poured into the sink. Seeing this in a 5 star hotel, I decided to carefully examine the toilet seat, and it had some black micro-lint, toli from rags, Toli still from what. Brr! I went to the corridor and called the maid, who was there, luckily. She showed her hair, she said she'd take it, and I left for a walk.
The grounds do not say to a large but very nice sandy beach, there is a trampoline, a rope park. Beauty!
I wanted to eat. I went to the restaurant, and there prices are just like in a very expensive Moscow restaurant. Well, in principle, considering the prices for accommodation, it is expected. I waited a long time for the waiter to come, come, called him, he told me "well, can I have a table wipe first, and then to you? " Laadno. I ordered pizza, carrot cake and tea (in half with my mother). The waiter said to wait 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, the waiter came up and said that 4 more minutes, and another 10 minutes later I brought a pizza. And it's icy! My question is why the pizza is cold, the waiter replied that except me no one complained, and in general that prosciutto do not put on a hot pizza. I have eaten pizza in expensive and cheap markets of Moscow, Italy and in other countries. They never brought me so much cold pizza. Always served warm. The cold pizza looked like rubber, but I certainly ate it. Where else am I going to go? They brought a cake, it was a clic and not tasty, I did not finish it. The waiter came, asked if I liked everything. I said it wasn't tasty and asked for a bill. He began to ask what was not particularly delicious. And argue with me. I do not understand what is the point of arguing, I did not refuse to pay the bill, and expressed my opinion.
After lunch, I came to the room and saw the dust on the lamps, on the headboard of the bed. In horror I went to the front desk complaining. As an apology I was offered to go to the thermal zone for free while they would clean up the room. It turns out free only to swim in the pool, and to steam in the bath, and lie in the Dkakusi to pay 1500 rubles. I liked the spa area.
That's all. It's 10pm time, I'm lying, I want to eat crazy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll go home tomorrow, cheers! Rested.
I hardly ever come back here after all the service in the growing hotels, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. But when the hotel has 5 stars, such money for such service to me to give away simply pathetic.
