I asked for coffee to be brought to my room this morning, and it was a very good morning. Overall, I had nothing but pleasant memories of the trip, and the receptionist was very friendly.

The room is clean, has air conditioning, a large bed, and the bathroom has everything you need for a shower, including a working hairdryer. We liked everything.

Good people. They were helpful all the way.

The hotel is near Sheremetyevo Airport, which is very convenient. The reception staff was friendly, unobtrusive, and calm. We were checked in within 2-3 minutes.

Very, very clean. The linens and towels are snow-white and pleasantly scented. Amenity kits (brush, etc. ) are available. Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff, a family-like atmosphere.

Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min (for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…)

I liked everything: check-in was quick, and we immediately asked for the a la carte breakfast menu. Everything was explained, and we parked in the hotel parking lot.

A nice hotel in a quiet, cozy location near a park. Sheremetyevo Airport is a 15-minute taxi ride away, and Mega Airport is 5 minutes away. The staff is attentive and responsive.

I went here for an event and everything went well. Well-groomed area, enough space for walking, not noisy. Although the hotel is located by the water, there were no mosquitoes in the evening!

The hotel claims to be expensive and exclusive. This is good, but then the staff needs to be taught to be kind. Starting from the reception, continuing to the maid, we saw no cordiality.
