Triumf Hotel

It is very easy to get to the hotel from the station by bus. It is located in a residential area, everything is at hand. A quiet place, no frills. There is a bed and a bathroom in the room, which is what you need after walking around the city. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything is very acceptable, except for some little things that do not spoil the whole picture.

The presence of its own guarded parking lot and convenient location are pluses. It's okay to stay for a few days. The service is also good, the staff is polite. The room is tired. Although I took better and more expensive, then the others are not better. It's time to do some repairs. The smell of cigarettes. The presence of a clean ashtray in the room indicates that it is useless to fight smoking, although there is a warning not to throw cigarette butts from the balcony.

The room is terrible! It doesn't correspond at all to what is in the picture! It's scary to enter the toilet and shower, it's dirty all around. The doors of the cabinets are falling out, the beds are shabby and very low, the mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. It's cold in the room. The entrance door to the room doesn't close tightly, there's a gap. The wallpaper is torn off.

For some reason the room we had booked turned out to be occupied, we were put in an uncleaned room, and our roommates turned out to be mice (at least two) and bedbugs; the whole family left after being bitten.
There is hair all around, the toilet is not washed, it’s scary to go into the shower, the furniture is all covered in strange stains.

The rooms are in terrible condition, dirty, everything is smoky, shabby, the walls are dirty. The only positive thing is the location.

This time there is practically nothing, I can say that it is quiet.
There were no remote controls for the TV or air conditioner in the room, although they helped turn it on, but without changing the temperature.
All plumbing needs replacing.
It’s also time to change the mattresses, the springs are practically crawling out.

Location, 24-hour reception. There is internet.
Needs repairs… There was no mirror in the shower room. Plumbing needs to be replaced. My wish to the hotel owners is to make repairs, hire another cleaner, and a technician once every 1-2 weeks to come and repair as needed… Good luck to you.

Extremely quick Check-in Check-out procedure.
Very small 2 beds room;
Toilet had rusty faucets ("black"-rusty faucets) ;
My bed's blanket looked extremely dirty with some chocolate-looking chips on it (could as well be mice poop, considering how trashy the place looked) ;
I could only find 2 power outlets of which only one worked;
2 wall lights of which only one worked (we also tried to swap light bulbs, but didn't work) ;
Heating/insulation wasn't as effective as you would expect for a — 8° day.
My bed's blanket looked extremely dirty with some chocolate-looking chips on it (could as well be mice poop, considering how trashy the place looked) ;
And bed sheets didn't look any cleaner either, so I preferred to sit on a chair while waiting for my friend to find ourselves another hotel.
If "registering foreigners" falls in the "hotel service" category, then they couldn't help at all.
They said they don't provide such "service", which as far as I can tell, should be in violation of Russian Federation immigration laws and Ostrovok. Ru might be also held responsible for promoting such facilities.
I'll consider reporting what happened to Russian authorities.

We stopped for the night along the way. Everything in the room is broken, scratched, old, smoky.
The walls are thin, audibility is strong.
It looks like no normal people stop here, because there was a hangout behind the wall.

In general, nothing.
The rooms, like the hotel itself, are very tired. The towels were stained. There are traces of bulls in the shower — you can imagine what kind of orgies there were) the room had a balcony, but the balcony door does not open due to some kind of pipe that goes from above. The lights were blinking. Unreasonably expensive for such a room.
There were towels with blood stains hanging in the room (clean, but not washed). Of course, they didn’t use them. In general, the floors were clean and there was no dust.

The hotel is located almost in the city center, convenient location, stop a few steps away, shops and restaurants are nearby, close to the shopping center. Everything is within walking distance.
The hotel staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to. They provide advice and help when contacting them with questions regarding the location of structures in the city, movement, taxis, food delivery to your room from a restaurant.
In the common corridor, the floorboards creak when you walk to or from your room towards the reception.

The food is excellent, the kebab and lamb and beef are simply divine, the food was made very quickly and brought to the room. The food is excellent. The room is in good condition. Prices are reasonable. I will recommend it to everyone. Everything is clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many establishments nearby, including shops, cafes, etc.
Everything in the room was comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, a balcony for ventilating the rooms, air conditioning, beautiful furniture, clean bedding, a bathroom with the necessary accessories, a working shower and toilet, additional heaters in the room (on request)
The hotel and rooms are clean.
I really liked the hospitality, the girl greeted me politely and helped resolve minor issues during my stay.
