Maxi Hotel

The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The staff was polite and always willing to help, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel's convenient location—shops, cafes, and transportation hubs nearby—made getting around the city much easier.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. We loved everything! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were simple but delicious. The location was convenient. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed in a family room. It was spacious and clean. They cleaned the room every day, and changed the towels. The children had their own crib and even a robe and slippers.

I liked the hotel. If you're passing through this city, I recommend staying there. The price is reasonable, and the room is completely worth it. It's a very pleasant and cozy hotel.

All the staff—from the receptionists to the maids—are incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. It feels like visiting old friends. We'll definitely be back!

Loud noise from the 4th floor from some installation, though the room was later changed. Cramped shower stall, small washbasins, it is clear that in such small spaces it is difficult to make everything convenient. The kettle is not in the room, but in the hallway. Food in the cafe from 9:00, if you need to leave earlier they will bring it in a container, it is more comfortable when breakfast is from 7 or at least from 8.

Nothing.
1. To enter the hotel from the street you have to go up to the 2nd floor. It is inconvenient with a suitcase.
2. To eat you have to go outside, to the neighboring building. And breakfast is from 9 am. If you leave earlier, then they bring you breakfast in the evening in a bag. And in the morning you have to heat it up. And the microwave is on the 2nd floor in the corridor. It is very inconvenient to walk back and forth with food in your hand.
3. They do not bring water to the room. Water only once, when you check in.
4. During my 4 days of stay, the room was not cleaned! Only once did they take out the trash.
5. The hotel is on the road, noisy.
6. The room is small.
7. There is no safe.
8. I arrived early in the morning, check-in is from 2 pm. I was not able to check in earlier, so I waited 2 hours. Many hotels turn a blind eye to this and allow early check-in without paying extra. Provided, of course, that the room is free. Here I checked in only at 14-05, as the room was still being cleaned. And check-out is at 12. Why this couldn't be done in 2 hours is still unclear.
9. The staff seemed lazy and not particularly smart. This is not only my opinion.
10. There is a bar-restaurant in the basement. It can be noisy at night on Fri and Sat. Music can be heard on the 1st floor.
11. All these comments can be overlooked if the price was appropriate. But it is not justified by the high price for THIS level of service.

Location, clean in general not a big smell seems to be coming from the curtains! Not a good room, two people can't turn around! It's my own fault but I just didn't think that such a thing existed! On 06/26 I met a girl at the reception who looked like she just crawled out of somewhere, I don't know anything, I don't see anything! There's either hair or seaweed on my head!

Was in a single room, window over the courtyard. I liked the location. Tea and coffee on the floor are excellent, the room is clean, cozy… Soundproofing is not bad. There was a refrigerator. You can go out to the courtyard with coffee to smok. Very small rooms.

I think for 5300 they could have provided robes. There are no forks or spoons in the room. Only 2 glasses. I won't go there again.

Terrible staff! Some fraud with the booking does not really explain anything. They say that the payment is stuck somewhere and then they ask you to simply pay for the number again and only after that they will return the money. When I asked why this couldn’t be done officially, they said the money was stuck somewhere. In general, I don’t recommend it, I canceled through mail and cancellation, to which I was told not to call here anymore and you can wait for money for more than a month!

There is always hot water for tea/coffee on the floor. Microwave. Breakfast in the room. The location of the hotel (although it is noisy). There is no soundproofing between the rooms. You can hear absolutely everything. And it is also very noisy with a slightly open window. The hotel is located near the intersection of two avenues. And for some reason the air conditioner made me cough.

Good location. Availability of private parking. Perfect cleanliness in the room. Availability of single rooms, no need to overpay for a double if you come alone.
The best hotel in Podolsk of those where I had to stay.

I really liked the hotel, on the 2nd floor there is a break table with tea and coffee, delicious. But most of all I liked the professional approach of the administrator named Daria to her work, take care of such an employee!

Very small room, not suitable for two. And it’s very noisy with the window open, there’s a road nearby.

We stayed at the hotel for a day, my husband had a work trip, and I went with him 😄 After this hotel, we went to a hotel in the center of Moscow in Chateau Volgo… so I’m writing this review after we checked out of the second hotel😂
Comparing both hotels, we are pleasantly surprised that there is a hotel like Maxi in Podolsk. Our room was 06, superior standard.
Pros.
1) cleanliness. The room was quite clean, there was no smell of anything, we didn’t notice any unpleasant odor. The bathroom was also clean, the bathroom was clean, we did not find any mold. There was a hygiene kit available (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner). In the room itself there were 2 bottles of water 0.5 l, a working air conditioner, 2 pairs of slippers, towels, a small refrigerator, and a TV.
Cons. (You can close your eyes to everything after you have stayed in another hotel, also in the center of Moscow🤣).
1) Please pay attention to the glass partition in the bathtub, it does not save you from the word at all… There is a gap between the bathtub and the rubber gasket at the bottom of the partition, through which a lot of water flows onto the floor. It is difficult to wash with a shower head, because you have to constantly monitor it so as not to cause a flood.
Tropical shower. Not for tall people😂 my husband is 183 cm tall, the top of his head is almost right next to this soul, so using it is not an option.
