Hello everyone! The organization sent me on a business trip and bought a room to stay in Korolev. I saw that it was a housekeeper and was horrified when checking in; not only was there no refrigerator, but the condition of everything in the room was simply “killing”. Breakfast is included, and like at school, a piece of omelette about 70x70x30, 2 pancakes with questionable jam or preserves. I understand you can feed a child in the morning, but not a man. At least they put in a sausage…
When we checked into a higher class room, the breakfast was as follows: some noodles, a cutlet consisting of 60% bread, two pies rich in butter and seemingly with egg, but when broken there were so many onions that they fell out like worms. And I generally hate onions…

This was our second time in this complex. The first time we were served 2 eggs, sausages, bread, porridge and tea for breakfast. But the second time we were very disappointed — porridge and 2 buns and that’s it! I wonder where they got the idea that breakfast should consist of two buns?! Very bad! Moreover, the buns are very dry! The dishes are all broken… Very bad breakfast experience! I advise you to take it without breakfast! 2 hard buns are clearly not breakfast!

I was on a business trip. Stayed for 4 days.
The location is excellent, there is a stop 5 minutes away.
The appearance of the hotel itself is nice and looks great.
It's quite cozy inside.
The administrators and employees are polite and kind people, they helped in everything if any questions arose.
I was in a classic room, an excellent room, I really liked it, the room was quiet, cozy and clean.
Also visited the sauna; sauna — with all amenities and a jacuzzi, I give 5 out of 5 for the sauna.
If I'm in Korolev, I'll definitely stay again.

Good service, pleasant staff. Ideal location. Good bed and mattress. Bathroom accessories. The room is small, but everything is there, and the main thing is to sleep comfortably.
Ancient interior from the 90s, not a modern interior, audible from the corridor. There are no more shortcomings.

There are no complaints about the rooms themselves, but if you live in a standard room, you will be given a room in the second building. In the same building there is a hall for parties, etc. Etc. Audibility 10/10. We came for the weekend to get some sleep. Slotting music from 15 to 23 hours. At the reception they say that people have paid money — until 11 pm, they have the right to rest. And we apparently got a room for free… The whole vacation was in vain.

A good restaurant, tasty food, fast and respectful service, remembers its guests. We have been going to this restaurant for many years. It’s cozy, you can gather in private with your group and no one will disturb our relaxation. Reasonable prices.

The good: Very nice staff, smiling and friendly. Everything from the staff is beautiful.

I stopped by the Townhouse on the second floor.
There seems to be a sauna on the ground floor, so even when it’s quite hot, something heats up from below. There is no fan or air conditioner. In the bathroom: the shower is broken, the hairdryer is broken, in the room: the TV did not work at the time of arrival. A hairdryer was never provided. Another very similar point… is it really difficult to install a mosquito net? It’s hot at night, and all sorts of evil spirits pour into the windows.
That is, I understand the savings, but such small things could have been taken care of. Moreover, for 3000 per day you can find a much better option. It is unlikely that I will stay here again even if I really need it.

Stayed over the weekend. Polite staff, delicious breakfast, good view from the window. The big minus is audibility! By the time the last customers in the restaurant have calmed down, you will no longer want to sleep. They yell until 5-6 in the morning. The rooms smell of smoke, although there is a warning that there is no smoking in the rooms. There is also some foreign sour smell, although the linen is all fresh. The purple-pink lighting above the bed is something 🙈 and the mattresses… We were unlucky, we just fell into it. Maybe some people want it softer, but then it’s not easy to get out of it. Conclusion — we need to take a separate cottage next time :)

A good place to stop for the night, spend a romantic evening or event, for little money. Everything is clean, tidy, the staff is polite. The room has dishes for two persons. So it’s very convenient when you come with your own products. The shower also has everything you need — bathrobes, towels, slippers and a set of toothbrushes, soap, toothpaste, gel and shampoo. The price included breakfast, consisting of porridge, casserole and tea or coffee to choose from. By the way, coffee beans. Not a buffet, but good enough to fill you up. The dining room is very cozy. It is large, with many tables and a second floor, so you can arrange some kind of party.
