Very friendly & efficient reception. However the rooms are a little dated. Vyborg/Viipuri is worth at least a day on any itinerary that passes through the area. The town, just like this hotel, has lots of potential.

➜ The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was good… In the shower is just creepy, the drain in the tank is broken, in the shower stall faucet hot-cold water is not regulated at all, had to wash almost hot water, a shelf for detergents fantastically located behind the shower cubicle, on the wall hook does not It is clear how to use it (most likely it is just upside down attached) ) ) ) … The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast in general a nightmare, the food which should be hot, hardly warm, the staff do not track availability of food, visitors have to ask that would bring more, and as to remove from tables dirty ware from previous visitors…
