The hotel leaves a pleasant first impression among visitors, at the entrance there is a huge parking lot. The reception and the remaining floors have been completely renovated to meet European standards. The spacious rooms have large windows and high ceilings. The facade of the building is almost not spoiled by signs, the management needs to remove the red running line from the historic (! ) building. The cafe has a pleasant and comfortable environment, you can pre-order a table. There is also an opportunity to deliver pizza from local establishments. On public holidays (Chemist's Day, May 9) you should take rooms with a view of the yard, because the scene with loud music will stand right in front of the hotel. In summer, the hotel also likes to come Europeans who go to Moscow through the Volkhov. At the reception there are friendly girls who are sure to prompt on all issues. I think it's the best hotel in town.

Cons:
1. Take the room with a view to the courtyard. The view of the square is terrifying. All night taxi drivers Shanson under Windows listen. Sleep is hindered.

Very good, excellent condition rooms, we were shooting improved (as they are called) the room after renovation, everything is new, rest is a pleasure, the beds are comfortable, I stayed here five times before this and other hotels, there is something to compare, this hotel is the best for your money, I recommend. The cafe is clean and cozy, the prices are adequate.
