Svetogorsk… A small provincial, industrial town on the border with Finland. Entry through the checkpoint. The sights are not found, places for leisure a little. The hotel is very nice. The majority of the population works, probably, at the combine where produce paper svetocopy.

I was born and grew up in Svetgorsk, but it so happened that now there are there as a guest) talking about the hotel: service-liked, employees are extremely polite and helpful.
The service of the café was not appreciated, there was no time. The first breakfast I slept on was not a second time due to an early checkout, but asked to be packed in a lunch box, which I did. Everything turned out very tasty, a portion of sizes also pleased. I think that and directly in the café all too should be OK) hotel itself-Greetings from the USSR in a good sense of the word (in my opinion). The separate nostalgia has caused still that epoch elevators KONE, about my peers) in excellent technical and external condition.
The room was clean and comfortable. And there is plenty of parking space, like even there is a guarded parking, although she did not take advantage.
The floor was very quiet, which is important to me.
Of the minuses: 1) in the shower compartment curtain does not reach the floor, no matter how you try, the water flies outside, and after all the procedures remains decent puddle.
2) The shower watering is not removable.
3) Vodichka chemically Pophivala. But for Svetgorsk it is usual and normal phenomenon) on my scale — considering location and other nuances, on "5" with a small minus for a design of a shower. Perhaps the price tag is somewhat overpriced, but for me-acceptable.

Svetogorsk is a provincial border town. Travel to the territory by local residence or for the Grand passport. From local attractions, a good hotel on the street Sports house N1 and in it the same restaurant. Otherwise everything is boring. A huge pulp is a paper mill (controlled by Americans). Everyone works there. In stores frequent guests from Finland. We have cheaper products and some better.
