We will not be able to offer the services of an apartment hotel for: holding of holidays; for minors; persons without documents confirming their legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation; persons who are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxication. Persons under the age of 23 will have to be denied services. (in exceptional cases, booking is possible subject to an increased deposit - negotiated additionally). When booking for one day, 500 rubles for cleaning is paid in addition to the booking price. After payment, on the eve of arrival, we will send a registration form where you need to fill it out and familiarize yourself with the contract.
