It's hard to say who writes reviews:) People not knowing the meaning of the word "comfort" or the meaning of the word "conscience":)
Using my status, I inform the following.
The hotel is not worth the money paid for it, under all other equal circumstances except one! And this circumstance is the absence of weighty competitors. Using this fact, Geiser sells his ushatnui charms for an inadequate price.
About the delights. The hotel is not new, but as the old Kokotka exposes heavily retouched face, the fact that the rooms have long remained within the requirements of the past years. Soundproofing Zero, it probably is good for sociable guests, but to me personally it was not very interesting to learn all aspects of drunken thoughts about life of neighbours during all night. The ventilation system-is absent as a fact, and the one that appears, in fact is a system of delivery of tobacco smoke from the same room, where a drunken neighbor… Well, yes you already know…
Plumbing's dead. For breakfast I would ask to add Omega and Maaloks. And even vending machine will show you a picture of bitterness and despondency, because in the diet contains one position of 30 possible. The interior has gone a long way of degradation together with the component of its furniture.
Two obvious pluses. People who do this splendor try to keep clean. And the view from the window that was noted in the early reviews.

The building is new, the rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is quite decent. Repair new clean, but with small brezhnostimi do not affect the operation of purely aesthetic wedge. But in general very decent good hotel and service. Recommend.

We were with my wife on May holidays. Ordered in March. The hotel at once liked, arrived at 10 am and at once met, very kindly. The room and the service of the comments are not (even small). The location is wonderful, from the window super-view, the Wi-Fi is nimble and free. I would definitely recommend it.
