Votre Maison Hotel

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. They accommodated our requests. Our room had a hairdryer, refrigerator, and TV. The hotel is located a bit out of the city center, but this is a plus, as the beautiful Max Ashmann Park is nearby for walks, with numerous children's playgrounds and a beautiful pond. A large shopping center, the Victoria grocery store, and restaurants such as Chesnok and Tabasco are just a 5-minute walk away. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with on-site parking. There is air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, slippers. You can leave your suitcases for storage if you have a late flight. Cleaning was done every day, and towels were also changed. We were very pleased with the compliment from the hotel for my birthday. We would like to thank the very friendly and welcoming administrator Yulia for her delicious breakfasts. Overall, thanks to her, we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. There are some problems with the safe, but this can be solved. There is an administrator who is not at all customer-oriented, she always spoke through her teeth, and dissatisfaction was felt in her answers to any questions. The person is clearly in the wrong place. This administrator was on duty from August 16 to 17. Alas, we did not ask her name, and she did not have a badge the entire shift. She has long hair, pulled back into a ponytail.

There was no air conditioning in the room, although it was advertised. According to the employee, there is no air conditioning in the economy room, although it is indicated in the room description.
When cleaning the room, it seems like nothing changes, the crumbs on the floor are still there.
It is considered an expensive area, but the transport interchange leaves much to be desired.

It is convenient that there is breakfast, the only thing is that there is no milk porridge. For breakfast, an omelet, fried eggs, and cheesecakes were offered. Everything is delicious!

This was my first trip to Kaliningrad. I chose the Votre Maison hotel through the Ostrovok website. The hotel is small, 3 floors and 10 rooms. On the 1st floor there is a reception, a luggage storage room, a dining area (you can order breakfast), and a water cooler. A big plus of the hotel is that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. But there is a courtyard where all smokers can relax. I was very pleased that at 13.30 my room on the 3rd floor was already ready for check-in 😊. The window of the room overlooked the neighboring house. The room itself is spacious and bright… the wallpaper has peeled off in some places, but for me it is not critical. The main thing is that it had everything you need for living: a wardrobe, a safe, a double bed with bedside tables, a sofa, a coffee table, a desk, a TV, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Drinking water, tea bags, and sugar are provided upon check-in. The bathroom is also spacious, with a bathtub. Liquid soap, toilet paper, shower gel and cap, towels, hair dryer are available. Clean, cozy room, everything for relaxation, nice bathroom with bathtub! I have been to this hotel more than once.

The bed is comfortable, the linen is white, the room itself is a little “tired”, but it was clean, I stayed for one night. From the convenience — there is a kettle, cups, glasses, a refrigerator in the room. Among the features is the 3rd floor without an elevator, but I had light luggage. View from the window of small cute houses, they were heated at the beginning of October (even too much for me), but it was not a problem to open the window, by the way, there was an insect net on it. The center can be reached by public transport (Yandex maps helped). We were allowed to leave our things until the evening. For me, price and quality were comparable.

The manager Ekaterina shocked me: she refused to wake me up for the flight in the morning, saying that she sleeps at night and advised me to set the alarm myself. After talking with her, the shock became even greater: she spoke on a level. She refused to give out the book of complaints; I took it out of the display case myself. There was no response to my indignant review, although I insisted on it. Question to the hotel owner, why? …

The hotel is excellent, I recommend it. Service at the highest level. Cleaning every day. Towels are changed constantly. Polite girls at the reception desk help with all questions. The room is excellent, clean and full service. I especially thank Ekaterina at the reception, she is very responsive and pleasant. Well done. All the best to you and more holidaymakers.

The hotel is clean, the girls at the reception are polite and will always help. The location is quite convenient, there are coffee shops nearby where you can drink delicious coffee, the place itself is quiet, birds sing every morning, in general it’s a blast.
For this money there are no questions at all.

The hotel is good, spacious room, clean and cozy, very comfortable beds. Located on a quiet street. Breakfast can be ordered for a fee. The hotel itself is a 30-minute drive from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby, minibuses run frequently, making it convenient and cheap to get there. There are many shops and cafes near the hotel. The hotel has responsive and polite staff, many thanks to them🙏💕

Well, to be honest, it's a strange place. One of the administrators proudly told me that we have a hotel without stars. Well it is. Room with good TV, but no choice of channels. Good mattress, but disgusting pillows, large area, but shaky furniture (and wallpaper). In general, there is something to work on. It seems that the owners once invested, and now they are making the most of it with minimal investment. It's time to update something.

The wallpaper in a couple of places is clearly damaged by some unknown reason — I don’t know why they haven’t repaired it, it’s clear that this has been going on for a long time.
There were no minimal slippers.

A very pleasant mini-hotel. Located not very far from the center. Max Ashman Park and the IKBFU Botanical Garden are within walking distance.
The room has everything you need: hairdryer, towels, dental kits, bathrobes, kettle, cups and tea. The room has air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
There is a small parking lot on site (we rented a car, it was very convenient).
We stayed from 9 to 17 August. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
We loved it and will definitely come back next year!
P. S. The only negative is the pillows (very thin).

Everything is fine. Clean, comfortable, can't hear the neighbors. Cleaning is regular and high quality. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available.
Very friendly staff. They helped quickly resolve the issue with early check-in, advised on the sights of Kaliningrad, and helped with organizing excursions.

Cozy, clean room. Linen is changed every three days, trash is taken out every day. Responsive, polite staff — they helped with everything we asked for. If you rent a car, it is very convenient — there is parking, it is easy to travel out of town. It's a 30-minute walk to the center. Near the hotel there is everything you need — shops, a supermarket, cafes, baked goods, a bar.
