Tourist Hotel

I liked the hotel, even though it was 3 stars, but it was nice to live in it! Everything was pleasing down to the smallest detail, clean, cozy, modern, up to standard. The hotel included a buffet breakfast, everything was edible, I had my fill before a long journey to the sights of the city and region! The air conditioner worked, there’s no way I could cope without it in this heat, I also had a refrigerator I immediately stocked it with food gifts, the room also had a kettle, a cup and a glass, I certainly used all of this in 5 days. I don’t know if the neighboring rooms were occupied, but I didn’t hear anyone, everything was quiet and peaceful. The hotel goes out onto Alexander Nevsky Street, there is a stop nearby, getting to the center is nothing, transport runs frequently, the airport is very close, bus 244e runs for 150 rubles!
I will definitely come back here! 👍👌👏

The hotel needs renovation and a good spring cleaning.
Check-in is fast. We went into the room and got stuck in the toilet, the door handle did not remove the lock tongue completely, they pulled for a long time. The door slammed shut several times, the maid advised me to use a teaspoon.
There is a dusty smell in the room; they opened the air conditioner cover and were stunned (photo). There is nothing visible there except dust, it has never been washed or serviced.
It is impossible to wash in the shower without spilling water to the toilet and it flows through the door into the room.
Breakfast is good.

Great clean room, breakfast included. The room comes standard with a kettle and two bottles of water. The bathroom contains shower gel, liquid soap, a teeth cleaning kit and a shower cap.
Didn't really like the breakfast.

It’s a bit far from the center, about 1 hour on foot, but you can take almost any bus to the center in 10-15 minutes. However, the location is great because… located next to a lake and a large park. The landscapes are very beautiful.
I'm usually picky when it comes to food, but in this hotel everything was really delicious! At Easter they even gave out small beads and eggs, very thoughtfully. The single room is small, but quite cozy.
There is practically no sound insulation. You can hear everything the neighbors are talking about.
The hotel has a fitness room, which is great, but just one dirty, miserable yoga/stretching mat. It would be great if there were at least a couple in stock.

From the hotel it is a 10-15 minute walk towards the Amber Museum. I was interested in this point of priority. Then by taxi everything is nearby.
The room is on the farthest floor, but with an excellent view of the river and park. Single. Clean, comfortable, everything you need is available. I liked it very much.
Wi-Fi worked disgustingly. The TV also froze because of this. For work, I turned on distribution from my phone.

The location of the hotel is excellent — there is a stop right next to it, and the bus takes you from the airport in half an hour. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful park with a picturesque stream, where you can enjoy long walks.

— The room is clean and has everything you need. They supply water for free once, then we bought it at the reception (you can get it from the cooler on the 2nd floor)
— The food is normal, according to the standard, a buffet, where everything is there. You can diversify desserts and fruits.
— The hotel staff is responsive.
— Wi-Fi was not good. On the second day we were offered to change rooms, but it was too troublesome.
— There are no sockets near the beds (we had to use an extension cord, which apparently was in the room for this purpose).
— Since we were given a room on the 1st floor, the view was of the parking lot, a bit boring.

Nice hotel, we stayed there for 7 days. Convenient location: excursion buses on tours depart from it, there is a gorgeous walking area nearby. In the evening you can take a walk, sit somewhere in a restaurant and drink good beer and eat delicious dishes. The restaurant of the hotel itself is also good, we had dinner several times. The room has everything you need, cleanliness and order, timely change of linen! "Tourist" thank you for your stay!

Quite a decent hotel.
Bed, linen, cleaning, cleanliness — everything is in order. Comfortable shower.
Good breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant.
Interestingly, the hotel offers car rental. I haven't used it, but it might be useful for someone.
A small blemish in my stay is related to the restaurant, but perhaps this was an accident.

Beautiful, spacious hotel!
Delicious breakfast. The room has everything you need. Clean, comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows. View of the courtyard, but also very atmospheric. The impression was only positive! Came for 2 nights on a business trip. The room was being cleaned. The staff is nice.

I’ll start, as usual, with the pros: it’s convenient to get from the airport — a bus stops right next to the hotel. Cozy, clean rooms, slippers and a hygiene kit + a bottle of water and tea upon check-in, helpful staff, a view of the lake, a restaurant at the hotel, which allows you to have dinner without going into the city, especially since the hotel is located a little far from the city center. A huge minus for me was a torn piece of iron, which rumbled under the window due to the wind, as well as unstable hot water supply, lack of a cooler.

Would like the staff to be more polite and at least smile once a day.
The bathroom was not clean and full of hair of some person.

Disgusting breakfast (chepest products of miserable quality and selection could be better)! On second day we've just turned around and went to have a breakfast elsewhere.
Otherwise everything was not too bad. Friendly staff. Clean and rather comfy rooms.
Just couple minor flows — internet can be dead slow at times. And TV translation of disastrous quality. Kind of strange thing in year 2022.

My stay here was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with some variations from day to day. A mix of Russian and continental. Wifi sometimes did not work well. Otherwise a nice place to stay for a few days. The city centre is about a 25-30 minute walk away, but taking the route along the river means it is a lovely little stroll leading you directly to the Amber museum and more.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. The airport is a 15-20 minute taxi ride away and I was able to walk into the city centre in 25-30 minutes. There is a bus stop some 50-100 metres from the hotel, if you don't feel energetic.
The room had a fridge and a TV with a bathroom, including shower. A couple of oddities: there was everything for a cup of tea except a kettle (see attached photo for evidence) and the TV had more than 20 channels, but all were in Russian — no foreign channels.
The reception usually was staffed by one young woman who spoke passable English and they were helpful in letting me store my suitcase after checkout while I went back into town. They also booked me a taxi to the airport at no extra charge.
The breakfast room was spacious, the staff were friendly and there was the usual buffet fare on offer.
If you want to stock up on provisions, there is a small store across the main road, diagonally opposite the hotel.
OK for my two day stay in the city.
