Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, ideal cleanliness of linen, and the rooms in general.
Thoughtful lighting, when you don’t have to look for where or what to turn on, but everything is literally at hand; curtains are especially good at night to prevent light from penetrating into the room.
Warm floors in the shower create a feeling of comfort.
High ceilings and lots of air.

I rented the hotel for an overnight stay, the reviews were good, the price was reasonable. But, from the little things: the refrigerator is humming (it can be solved by turning it off, but someone is using it) ; the pillows are pressed down to a thickness of 1 cm. The main problem (I’m talking about room 15) : it is completely smoky, the bathroom smells as if they are smoking there right now, and in the room itself the smell is mixed with some kind of fumes. That is, all things must be washed after such a night. Plus there are stairs behind the wall and the stomping really gets in the way.

The room is very nice, spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, all toiletries are there. Cleaning every day. Polite staff and very tasty breakfast.
I would like an electric kettle in the room.

We took a junior suite — a two-room suite with 2 beds. The room is clean, there are bathrobes and daddies, gel and shampoo sets in the bathroom. We stayed for 4 days, they cleaned every day.
Cleaning was done daily. Everything is clean and tidy.
All the staff are polite and friendly, they responded to small requests immediately.
In winter it’s a long way to get to the center, you had to take a taxi, but this is not a minus for the hotel, they didn’t calculate the location themselves. In summer it’s easier, and there’s a beach nearby.

We booked a bathhouse 2 weeks in advance on 12/24/23, on 12/22/23 they sent confirmation of the reservation whether we would ask or not, and on 12/23/23 they wrote that they are sorry, the bathhouses are all busy, yet another mistake (not the first time we have been scammed). How I realized that the client is generally the last person there, since anyone can give the administrator a “paw” and get caught at any time. Terrible attitude towards customers👎🏿

Thank you for a wonderful evening at the RIVERSIDE restaurant — delicious, very tasty cuisine and efficient service. Everything is at a high level! Prices are affordable! A very beautiful place — on the river bank.

Everything is good and clean. It's a couple of minutes by taxi to the city center. Cozy rooms. Nice workers.
There was water in coolers on the floors. There is a bathhouse.
The taps and shower doors were not cleaned very well. There was limestone deposits. The pool is only open during warm weather.

The staff is excellent! The girls were great, they helped, answered all questions, gave advice and tips on various issues!
The rooms are cool, the stay was on the level.
It would be great if there were rooms that allowed pets.

Didn’t expect this place to be so good. Very clean, private, lots of space, great banya — spacious and warmed up to the right temperature! They have a big pool outside that is great in summer. We took also Japanese Jacuzzi that was outside, it is like a boiling pot with herbs. Great experience especially when it’s cold outside and you are sitting inside this hot pot. Will definitely come again!

Price — Quality is top at this place! Very friendly people, safe parking, very clean and comfortable room.
