We came to Kaliningrad for work and stayed at this “hotel”. They didn’t change the bed in a WEEK! We washed the floors once with bleach, and only because of the upcoming inspection. There are several girls working at the reception who have poor memory, they cannot remember what number you were from and until what date you paid, so they constantly call you to their place. There was 1 cooler for all floors, we bought a second one the other day, again because of the inspection. There is no washing machine AT ALL in the entire “hotel”! I don’t recommend living here. I’m generally silent about the furniture in the room. For decency’s sake, they could paint the floors!

Location from the center, close to public transport, near a grocery store and bakery.
The furniture is old, tattered, broken in places, the repairs are terrible.
There is black hair in the bathroom drain, mold on the curtain, the toilet is always leaking, so is the faucet, it is also very difficult to switch from the shower to the tap, the water is mostly not hot, only warm.
The window was broken, because of this it did not close completely and it was cold.
Several times I asked that the maids not enter the room without my presence, but it was no use, they came in anyway, which was very unpleasant for me. It’s useless to talk about this to the administrator; she came up and said, “yes, yes, sorry, ” but they came in anyway.
There is no "do not disturb" sign for the door.
There is no kettle in the room, there is no basin in the bathroom for small laundry, there is no place to dry washed clothes in the room, the iron is somewhere on the top floor in the ironing room, from which you need to get the keys from the administrator, go up, iron, give the keys again and then to your room, which is very inconvenient.
There is no hairdryer in the bathroom.
I do not recommend this hotel, it is better to look for another option.

It was terrible! I was passing through Kaliningrad and needed to take a shower somewhere and sleep for 5-6 hours. It started with the stairs. I had to carry my luggage up the steps. Then the doors! I had to hold them and at the same time drag my bags inside. When checking in, I was given the opportunity to fill out a guest form, and it was more convenient for me to do it while standing at the reception desk. But the concierge didn’t like it and I heard a tirade addressed to me that rang in my head for several more days: “… she’s checking into a cheap hotel and will tell you how it’s more convenient for her, she’d go to the one that costs 10 thousand and I told you how it’s convenient for you… " When I asked to leave my things somewhere downstairs, I was told that “they” don’t work here as watchmen… In general, the level of rudeness went off scale. Despite the fact that it was at one in the morning and I had absolutely no energy to talk.
The room continued my unforgettable experience. There was an unbearable smell of some kind of chemical. The refrigerator in the hallway covered half of the doorway, which made it impossible to drag my suitcases into the room. The heavy smell in the room and the “invigorating” speech of the concierge made it impossible to fall asleep.
