1. I booked a hotel for 7 nights. Linen and towels were changed. Yes, the bedding is very clean. Cleaning at the request of the client. You put up a sign and the room will be cleaned.
The trash was taken out daily.
2. The hotel is located near the center. Transport is very good and the stop is nearby. That is, the location is normal. The house is nine-story. There is an elevator.
3. Nearby are shops and cafes.
4. The price is low.

7. The water was hot and the plumbing was in good order.
In general, an option for a budget holiday. For those who come only to spend the night at the hotel.
1. The smell in the room. Apparently the windows had not been opened for a long time. Disappeared when aired.
2. Very old furniture. The bar on which hangers with clothes are hung fell. I had to hang hangers on the closet door handles. Old TV from the late 90s. Did it work, no, I don't know. Didn't use it. There was no time. Doors on parole. But they closed without problems. Gaps between the door and the ceiling. Bath and toilet are separate. Bathroom is small with shower. Curtain in the bathroom made of fabric. So the shower had to be pointed at the wall to prevent water from getting on the floor.
3. Arrived in Kaliningrad at two at night. I called the hotel. They said that check-in is only strictly after two. Therefore, we had to spend the night at the airport. And then go on a city tour with your bag. Well, it's my own fault. Error in booking.

Repair of the Council of Deputies, prices are very high for such rooms, but thanks to the Ostrovok website, the price is much lower than direct at the hotel. Everything would be fine, you could spend the night, the linen was clean, the worst thing was the inappropriate receptionist! She’s angry at the whole world, we realized this over the phone, and when we arrived we realized that everything was much worse with her. From 06/03/2023 to 06/04/2023. In general, during our holiday in Kaliningrad, we were amazed at how pleasant, kind and simple the people here are, until we met this administrator, it’s terrible.
It's probably only worse in prison, but I'm not sure.

The hotel is located almost in the city center. Everything you need can be done on foot. The location is excellent.
I did not eat at the hotel, but opposite the hotel in the dining room. Tasty and not expensive. It was the most inexpensive and delicious lunch and breakfast. If you evaluate the price and quality, it’s super. Maybe I’m just unaccustomed to canteens, but I honestly recommend it.
The hotel is purely functional. Everything works but it was done in the last century. Made in Russia in the good sense of the Word. My girlfriend didn't like it. But as a more practical person, I liked it. The most important thing is Clean and everything you need to eat.

There are no attractions nearby, but the hotel is not far from the center — you can walk or take a taxi.
A hotel from the 90s, ugly plumbing, a rusty bathtub — it doesn’t even make you think about washing in it. This is a budget option for one night. Considering that the rooms are based on a one-room apartment, there is a separate kitchen.
But overall the hotel is in need of renovation.

There is no canteen, they said there was one, but it was closed. There are only tea-coffee-cocoa machines on the 1st floor. The doors of the rooms are painted in the color of the toilet with the letters m and b. Be careful — these are the entrances to the rooms, not the utility room) ) At least hang up the signs Room m, Room b, otherwise you won’t be able to figure it out right away! The inscription m can be mistaken for "men's toilet") ) )
