Simple and clean. The staff is very friendly. The room has a small fridge, a hairdryer, a kettle, and tea making facilities. But! The location isn't the best. There are almost no restaurants or cafes nearby. It's very noisy outside, and there were trash bins right next to my window. If you're not looking for a tourist spot, the hotel is fine 👍

A wonderful hotel with welcoming and helpful hosts. It's affordable, and for that price, you get a spotlessly clean room with a kettle, refrigerator, and daily replenished toiletries.
Everything was perfect.

Excellent, clean room, everything you need: ample towels, toiletries, a refrigerator, a TV, and even a kettle with tea and coffee. A large bed with a perfect mattress. A superb room for the price. Conveniently located, a 2-minute walk from the bus stop to the city center, plenty of public transportation, and a grocery store.
The only downside, but not the hotel itself, is that my window overlooked the porch. Someone had apparently been smoking there all night; all the smoke was coming into the room, which was unpleasant for a non-smoker.

Everything was great. My boyfriend wanted to spend the night before an early flight, but it was too late, around 7 PM, and many hotels and apartments were refusing to let us in. The guys accepted our reservation right away, no questions asked. It's great that they have a 24-hour reception. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed—tea, coffee, a kettle, and the beds were already made. We went to bed and left for the airport at 5 AM without any problems.

The hotel was very nice, there is everything you need, iron, microwave, dishes. There is a bus stop nearby. The room itself is clean and spacious. They cleaned it every day. You can leave your luggage before departure. We will definitely come back again.

I really liked the hotel and its owners, Svetlana and Roman. People who sincerely want you to feel at home. Yes, it is a bit far from the center, you can't walk there. Although it is quite possible to take a leisurely stroll to the Amalienau area. But the transport links are excellent, there is a bus stop nearby. There are many routes, they go frequently, so there are no problems. The hotel has everything: a coffee machine, a cooler, a microwave, dishes, an ironing board with an iron. The room is clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Our room overlooked the railway, but I can't say that this bothered us much.
Next time I will gladly stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The room is very small, but it will do for one night. There is a kettle, a refrigerator in the room, and a water cooler in the hall. We arrived in the evening, the door was closed. We rang the bell, but no one opened. We went in with other guests.

Staying overnight is a great option. It's great that the reception desk is open 24 hours, there is the possibility of late check-in and early check-out. Excellent fast internet. The room is very clean, there is everything you need: shower gels, soap, shampoo, black and green tea Tess, 3-in-1 coffee, sugar. There is your own kettle. There is a coffee machine and a cooler at the reception. The refrigerator even has a small freezer compartment. You won't find anything like this at such a price-quality ratio. We will stay here again! The railway is a little noisy, but it is not critical.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Don't look at the location, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, almost any bus will take you to the center. There is a Victoria store and a cafe nearby, and a Pyaterochka nearby. You definitely won't go hungry. And everything else is super. The room is comfortable and always clean. I'll be happy to come again!

Quiet area. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. There is a cooler in the lobby. Distance from the center. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel, but there are leaflets at the reception to order pizza and other food from the restaurant (delivered in 40 minutes). The room is very small, you can't get to the sides of the bed. But it's fine for one night.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, polite staff. Price-quality is justified.
Loud refrigerator and rather thin walls, strong audibility from neighboring rooms.
