We stayed at the hotel from 26-30.08.2025. We liked the hotel, especially Ekaterina, the cook, she cooks well and is a very friendly girl. The breakfasts are varied. Well done!

Hotel "Marton" is a great option for a stop in Kaliningrad. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything worked without complaints.
I especially liked the level of cleanliness and the calm atmosphere in the hotel. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Parking nearby, good Wi-Fi, responsive staff. The price-quality ratio is excellent!

Acceptable location, fairly close to the center.
The service is Soviet-era. Socialist service hasn't left that era yet. Room cleaning is rather perfunctory; dust lingers not only in hard-to-reach places (which would be understandable), but also in visible areas…
Breakfast — um… I'm okay with millet porridge, but lumps of it thrown into a bowl of (most likely) milk don't exactly excite my appetite. Variety is a boiled egg per person and two thinly sliced ​​slices of ham, bacon, and sausage.
No complaints about the staff. The girls are friendly and helpful. My complaints are with the owners. If you want to make money, you probably need to invest in modernization.

Have a wonderful stay at the Marton Olympic Hotel! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff greeted us with a smile and offered us a hot drink while we checked in. The room was spacious and very cozy. I especially liked the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfasts were a real treat: fresh pastries, a variety of dishes and excellent coffee. The location of the hotel does not require pickiness — there is good transport accessibility. We had wonderful days and will definitely come back here again. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy comfort and excellent service!

We stayed in this hotel for a whole week. The room was quite hot. The curtains were stained. The color was annoying. The carpet in the hallway was cleaner than in the room. I won't even mention the breakfasts. We had enough for two meals. It was impossible to eat. But we had a tour with breakfasts. We couldn't refuse them. I wouldn't go there again.

I really liked the friendly staff! Everything is clean and cozy. The breakfast was a pleasure.

Close location to the place of work, decent appearance of the hotel, breakfast will not leave you hungry, you can drink grain coffee with milk, friendly staff.
1. At breakfast — you can only choose the type of porridge, everything else is unchanged.
2. Room — battered and “tired”, holes in the flooring.
3. Accommodation is overpriced.
4. No card payments through the terminal.
5. Girls from the reception can’t always be found on site.
6. Products from the bar in the room are of limited variety and too expensive.
7. Hygiene supplies: disposable: dental abrasive, comb, razor — not provided.
8. Not once during the four days of stay was the room cleaned.
9. There is no hot water, I drained it for an hour, but even warm water did not come out.
10. Sound insulation (especially from sounds from the corridor) is practically non-existent.

On official business I stayed at this hotel from 05/19/2024 to 05/24/2024.
Check-in is strictly from 14:00, until this time the girls at the reception (if you happen to arrive earlier) kindly offer to leave your suitcase and take a walk.
The stairs in the hotel are steep, there are no helpers to carry the suitcase, because… only women work.
The room was located on the third floor, the window overlooks the backyard, where repair shops are located.
The room is absolutely "killed": the carpet is dirty! walking on it even in slippers is disgusting. The bathroom had never been thoroughly cleaned; there was a coating on the taps as thick as a finger.
And to top it all off, the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest!
Of course, after my appeal, the linen was changed, but the appearance of it, as well as the offered towels, was very tired, “+” full of holes ( ( (.
During the five days of our stay, the maid never showed up, there was no change of towels and no garbage collection.
There is no kettle (as well as a hairdryer) in the room, the glasses are as grimy as the plumbing.
And now a little about breakfast at the hotel.
There is one nice woman working, she cooks, washes the dishes and brings food.
At the same time, there is no dishwasher, otherwise how can one explain that the plates and cups were with food leftovers and were disgracefully washed?!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On the plus side: the girls at the decision are super! We are always ready to help, the breakfasts are quite tasty, there is a choice! All! Cons: the rooms have stained curtains, as do the bedspreads. The music from the sauna was heard on the 2nd floor, we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights in a row. We planned to relax and get some sleep, but it didn’t work out! Everything is old — towels, bathrobes. There is no glass in the door to the toilet, so-so convenience! It stinks of dampness (on the second floor, possibly due to the sauna).

We were in your city and stopped in a quiet and peaceful place called Marton Olympic! The name matches the accommodation, everything is top notch! Like on Olympus! The girls at the reception are very nice :) and professional in their approach to their work! (Zarina, thank you for your attention to your guests😉🌺🌼🥀) The room is cozy and always clean, for which thanks to the maids (especially Margarita, for the ironed shirts and snow-white bed 🌹💐🌷) Breakfasts are so soulful and delicious! You'll just lick your fingers 😋 (Anita pancakes cosmos🌹🌷🥀) I will recommend your hotel to everyone! Thank you to the hotel and its residents for your hospitality!

We checked into a room with a young man, the room was very cramped, we couldn’t move around in the toilet. There were towels for only one person, stains absolutely everywhere, on the curtains, the carpets were dirty, not vacuumed, the wallpaper was torn, the chairs were peeling, the air conditioning was not working, the shower was leaking, in short, a complete nightmare. Glasses of different sizes, they didn't even provide free water. They put in shampoo, but there was no shower gel. I would like to say there is a plus, but there is a huge minus everywhere. The only saving grace was that opposite the hotel there was a pub with very tasty drinks, even alcoholic lemonades, and 100 types of snacks.

We rested from March 7 to March 10, 2024.
Be careful when checking in and check the minibar, because when leaving the hotel we were presented with an invoice for items that were initially missing. The location is on the outskirts of the city, the view from the window is terrible — factory, barns, garages.
The rooms are not cleaned, the trash is not taken out, towels are not changed. Service below average. Breakfast is not bad, 3 types, changing daily, however, for the entire hotel there are 12 seats in the dining room, you had to wait 20-30 minutes for your turn. There was no wardrobe or bedside table in the room, the TV did not work, the tulle was visually dirty, torn, the wallpaper was torn, the bed and ottoman were peeling, dermantine was spilling all over the room (23)

Business number. The heating does not work, when asked to connect it, a technician came, turned it off and took away the turn signal on the battery and told me to wait for it to heat up. I didn't wait. The dust on the head of the bed is such that you can draw “pictures”. The pillows, the blanket are “tired”, the curtains and tulle have holes and are wrinkled. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but the windows face the entrance to the hotel, and people smoking next to it, accordingly, all the smoke in the room, even with the windows closed. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom; small animals were also found in the morning. I don't recommend staying here.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and has a minibar. It was a pleasure to stay and sleep in the room.
There is no elevator. For example, someone who is overweight will find it difficult to lift. I didn’t like the breakfast, which consisted of an omelet, buns and tea. But instead of an omelet they brought fried eggs. The bun is not very fresh. What’s bad is this meager breakfast and we had to wait about 20 minutes.

There are only 3 types of breakfast to choose from with the addition of a bun (scrambled eggs, porridge, or casserole). Tea or coffee. There is a bar, but they don’t accept cards (transfer or cash). There is no additional food there either!
I was at the hotel from January 6 to 8, I was accommodated on the second floor, the windows overlooked Moskovsky Prospekt.
On the plus side, it’s not far from the center, there are shops nearby, a wide bed, a spacious room, the water heated up quickly in the shower, plenty of towels, a bar and a refrigerator, free internet.

The sauna and billiards are available for a fee — open for 2 hours. Cost from 1500 per hour.
For 2 days of stay, no one cleaned the room.
