A good, varied buffet, beautiful rooms.
There's no elevator, so climbing up to the third floor with small children was uncomfortable and difficult. They could have put us on the first or second floors with children.
It's a bit far from the center, but that's okay. We were driving. A big drawback is that there are no pedestrians near the hotel. It's impossible to cross the road; you have to walk a long way to the crossing and then along the roadway.

We had our guide Vadim with us for two days. The service was top-notch, the program was fantastic, and we were absolutely delighted with the service. His program around the city and surrounding region was fantastic.

A very nice guesthouse! We rented the largest room upstairs, a deluxe double with a balcony! It's very impressive! ) ) It's located on the outskirts of Kaliningrad, but closer to the airport! It's convenient! The breakfasts are simply superb! They fed us to the brim! ) ) Even the Olivier salad and other salads! Well done!
The rooms need some improvement. Our sofa (likely leather) is shabby and peeling – it needs to be replaced. The outlet in the corner was hanging loose, held on by a cord… Fix that and it will be fine!

The hotel is too old, and the water quality is terrible.
People with sensitive skin or allergies should simply stay away.
When we arrived at 7:00 a. M. On August 6, 2025, a woman at the reception desk simply wanted to eat us.
No friendliness or respect.

Excellent hotel, fully equipped spacious rooms with a large bathroom, slippers, a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and a set of dishes. Good breakfast (buffet) in a beautiful interior. Everything is ok.

The breakfast was amazing! Pancakes with cottage cheese, salads, fried zucchini and eggplant, cheesecakes, etc. We just sat and ate our fill 😅

The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. There are beautiful vases with flowers at the entrance, parking for cars. The location is good, but it is a bit far from the center if you go on your own (about 40 minutes by bus). If you rent a car, it does not matter at all, because you get there faster. There is a bus stop and grocery stores not far from the hotel. Great breakfasts! Everything is very tasty! The buffet is just top! There is always a choice of dishes for every taste: milk porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, vegetables, potatoes / pasta, sausages, etc. There is also a large selection of drinks. There are natural compotes (raspberries, dried fruits, etc. ), juices, tea, coffee. The pastries are very tasty and there is also a large selection. We could not try everything, we really liked the apple strudel!
The staff is polite, responsive and friendly.
Initially, we asked for a quieter room. They gave us a cozy room overlooking the courtyard. It was quiet at night, but if tourists arriving in the corridor walked very loudly chatting, then we heard this moment. We had only one window, because of this it was not so light in the room. Friends had a room facing the road, very light (there were three windows), but if you are a light sleeper and sleep with the windows open, then you can hear the cars. If you sleep normally, but do not pay attention (friends are delighted with the room, nothing bothered them).

Overall impression is good. The location was convenient for us. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is plentiful.
The water is rusty and the mattress on the bed.

We stayed for one day. We took a suite. Large, cozy, with a balcony. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of everything. The hotel grounds are clean, the hotel interior is nice. All the good impressions were spoiled by the rudeness of the staff at the entrance. It felt like they were doing us a favor by checking us into the hotel. It was very unpleasant. I was also surprised that there were no toothbrushes in the suite. Since our trip was for one day, we didn't take anything, so we booked a more expensive room, hoping that everything was there.

The bed and mattress are comfortable. Room 25 with a balcony is excellent. Breakfast is good, coffee is so-so. They saved on the coffee machine.
In the second building there is a kunya in the rooms, we did not use it. There was no Internet, we moved to the first building. Convenient parking.
To turn on the kettle, you had to turn off the refrigerator.

We liked literally everything about the hotel! It is so great that now we recommend everyone to stay there!
The location is on the outskirts) this is both good and not so good) we are active tourists and love to walk and see the sights, and from the hotel you have to get to them directly, but if you want silence after an active day — this is it)

Very good hotel, clean, cozy. Breakfast is excellent, varied. Rooms are spacious and bright. Showers are comfortable. One remark; the water has a specific smell of iron, sometimes very strong. We have been twice already, and without a doubt recommend.

The room is clean, but without a bathroom, in the basement. As a bonus, the bathroom was on the same floor in the bath complex, there was also a shower, but the complex was in complete private use, it was possible to order a sauna, but we did not use it because it was not needed. The bathroom is separate, you need to go to it through the ashes, where only your room is.

Russians from Latvia, Donbass and all countries where Russophobia and hatred of everything Russian flourishes, we want to warn you that in this guest house you will experience something unnatural that looks abnormal on the territory of Russia — this is a manifestation of hatred, hostility and aggression on the part of the leader Dmitry Vasilyevich towards guests who arrived from countries where Russian people are exposed to extremist threats. We drove our car from Latvia to Kaliningrad to spend a week with friends, a married couple from Kaliningrad. We chose this hotel by chance, without prior reservation, and checked in very late, around one in the morning. We stayed for 5 days.
The car was parked in the parking lot, which is available on the hotel premises. The husband parked the car in a place that he considered the safest, where only one car could park nearby. We were offered a room for 7500 rubles. Nothing wrong was noticed initially. Breakfast in the morning, then the administrator offered us to buy excursions for all days. Since our payment cards do not work in Russia, we paid in cash for 5 days of staying at the hotel and all excursions. As a result, we left in the morning and returned to the hotel at night. We decided to leave the car in the hotel parking lot and use a taxi. On the second day in the morning, a man approached my husband, a little ceremonious, leaving an ambiguous impression with his appearance, intelligently speaking.

Location in the private sector. Few noisy tourists passing by. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Variety of dishes at breakfast. You can rent a car.
No air conditioning in the room.
