Polite staff, pleasant hotel owners. If you don’t expect much from this vacation and it’s for a couple of days, then it’s fine.
I have been at the hotel since July 20, 2023. Until July 24. The Internet does not work or shows that there is, but in fact there is no Internet! This is a private house converted into a hotel, so the audibility is terrible, you can hear every blink! All the conversations are in the hallway! The owners are nice people, the reception is open even late at night, which is good! Price-quality stay for a couple of days is ok! But remember this is actually a room in a large dacha where there is little space and great audibility!

The staff is very friendly. They were always ready to help and answer questions. Helped organize an excursion to the Curonian Spit. If you plan to frequently travel by train to Zelenogradsk, then the location is very convenient.
The room was designed in such a way that the toilet from the adjacent room bordered the sleeping area, and the work of the sewage system could be clearly heard.

Wonderful hosts, cozy house, pleasant homely atmosphere. The territory of the guest house is “cute”, everything is at hand. I will definitely recommend to my acquaintances, friends and family. And if you return to Kaliningrad, then only here.

A neat private house, where they tried to make everything look like a hotel. There are rugs on the floor everywhere. Everything is clean and tidy. The garbage is taken out, but not cleaned up. Was there for three days and didn’t get dirty) )
Everyone was polite, but again, he didn’t demand much, sleep, wash, and have a good time. It was a pity there was no refrigerator in the room, since I was returning late, and all the nearby cafes were open until 22. But there was a refrigerator in the basement in the kitchen, so I never went there.

The hotel and area are clean and constantly cleaned. There are complaints about the cleaning of the rooms during your stay.
We ordered two identical rooms with separate beds. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was one room on the first floor, large and comfortable, the second room was given on the attic floor with a double bed, a small bathroom and a slanting ceiling. In fact, a tall man could not use the toilet in the usual format for minor reasons.

One of my favorite guest houses. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary! I really liked the guest house! It’s beautiful both outside and inside! Everything is so chicly decorated, the cleanliness was perfect! The room is also large, clean and with beautiful new furniture, there was a lot of equipment! very beautiful expensive bed linen, a carpet on the floor, and as clean as really only a home can be! It gave me the complete feeling that you were actually at home, and not somewhere in a hotel! ☝️such everything was polished in the room, clean, starched on the bed — like in a museum! ☝️🙈. And there was a very nice woman at the reception! 😊Took pictures of my husband and I in the hall and at the entrance of the hotel! ☝️🤗👍 In general, I didn’t want to leave there at all! And at the same time, the price for our room was generally low, up to 2000! Despite the fact that it had 2 places and looked inside no less than 4 thousand for sure! Definitely, this small and very cozy, and at the same time a chic mini-hotel I recommend to everyone, especially visitors to our city!. And it is located in a nice picturesque place, not far from Ashman Park, and it’s not far from the city center!
