The room was stuffy, the lighting, which was shown in the photo, did not work.

There was a very big negative aftertaste from the hotel, and specifically from the owner of this establishment. The husband was on his own and was allowed to go on vacation for just a few days. A couple of days before his arrival, I booked a room with a jacuzzi and sauna, paying the full price of the room 9990 rubles for a day from 10/19/2023 to 10/20/2023. It should be noted that the room is located at the very bottom, on the ground floor, stuffy, next to the kitchen, but quite beautiful. The room contains a room with a double bed, a small living room with a corner sofa, a table and a Jacuzzi, a small sauna, 2 bathrobes, a pair of slippers, towels, but it was not possible to see them in detail. We live in another city, and when we arrived on the appointed day, they checked us in, taking another deposit from us in the amount of 4, 000 rubles. Unfortunately, my husband’s parents and I live in different cities, and of course they also wanted to see their son, and given their schedule, this was very difficult to do, so we invited them to our room during the day. The meeting involved at least a couple of hours of communication. To which the hotel owner answered us in a non-indigenous form that no guests are allowed, it’s your problem, we went through all this, the room is for two, if you don’t like it, check out. The whole mood was ruined without being in the room for 10 minutes, we agreed.

We recommend this hotel if you are by car, the center is exactly 15 minutes away. 🚘

They only serve breakfast, which must be ordered the day before and by the time it will be on the table in the hotel restaurant, or will be delivered to your room.
The staff is very friendly, the owner himself often communicates with guests and is always open to feedback.
It would be correct to call the hotel a guest house of the highest quality. Because the usual attributes of a 5* hotel, such as a swimming pool, a restaurant open all day, concierge service, transfer services, 24/7 reception, a business center with office equipment, are not represented in it.

The number is surprising. I have never seen anything like this anywhere: a sphinx, a jacuzzi, a pylon pole, a sauna, a separate dressing room and 2 bedrooms not separated by a door (! ), leather “Victorian” sofas.
This wonderful eclecticism applies not only to the decoration of the premises, it is still a “boutique hotel”, which means that each room will be unique. This also applies to targeting all types of clients, i. E. On the ground floor there are family rooms, for example, with a cradle for a baby, and in the basement there is a pylon and a jacuzzi, well, you get the idea :)
The owner is very attentive and caring, as are the staff. The rooms will have everything: bathrobes, towels, slippers, gels/brushes, etc.
All of this together is simply wonderful. I highly recommend it — you've definitely never seen anything like it.

For such a huge room as we lived in, a bed for 160 is still not enough. And it’s bad that it’s in the corner and there are no sockets next to it.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are not just cozy and comfortable, but also tastefully decorated. The decor is reminiscent of a museum.
I stayed in the same room as two years ago — I immediately noticed the update of the furniture and design.
I asked the administrator — they told me that a lot of work had really been done to update the furniture and equipment; complete renovation. I asked for a “tour” — the administrator showed me the available rooms. Indeed, everything is simply gorgeous.

The hotel is small and does not make an impression from the outside, especially since renovation work is in full swing. But when you get inside, you feel like you're in a castle! Interesting and original decoration, some of it seemed to be antique furniture. The room we got was large and well furnished. Comfortable and huge bed, air conditioning. Large and bright bath, the only drawback is poor ventilation! The breakfasts at the hotel deserve special attention, because they are impressive:) ) ) tasty, satisfying and varied. The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi.

We lived in a large room with two rooms. Very comfortable beds, beautiful interior, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff, convenient location for those traveling by car, the hotel has free parking, convenient access to the highway to the Curonian Spit, Zelenogradsk and other cities. There are, of course, things that would be great to improve in the hotel. This is the changing temperature and pressure of water in the bathroom, most likely somehow related to all the rooms, of which there are 8 in the hotel. The lack of kettles in the rooms, and the coolness, I would like to add carpets to such an interesting interior. And also, there is a smell in the lobby, and you feel it as soon as you enter, now there are so many room fragrances, it would be great if the hotel smelled nice.
