The house itself is new, the rooms are chic and clean. The view is beautiful, we lived on the 11th floor, the windows overlooked the stadium.
The only thing we needed in our room was filtered water. Everything else is at the highest level.

The apartments are located well, you can walk or take a taxi for no more than 300 rubles. The house is new, clean entrance. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, beautiful comfortable bed. The balcony is warm, it's comfortable to sleep.
There is not enough drinking water, there is a filter tap, but there is no filter itself. Dirty oven. Unfortunately, the gorgeous view from the window is spoiled by the construction of the house next to the windows.

We spent a week in Kaliningrad, lived on the street. Fallen in Afghanistan, very beautiful, cozy apartment, caring owner, all the necessary little things for living are there. Very clean, warm. Approximately 20-30 minutes walk from Kant Island and Fisherman's Village. Relatively close there are places to eat and shops with everything you need.

There is a slight fatigue in the bathroom, partly due to hard water, but this, as I understand it, is a problem throughout Kaliningrad. But overall everything is ok. There is also construction work going on under the windows, but the noise is tolerable and not every day.

We stayed in May in Apartment No. 76. Based on the reviews and photos, I really liked it and was looking forward to my arrival, especially since the dates coincided with my birthday. We planned to come together, but on the day of arrival it turned out that there would be four of us, which we conscientiously informed the owner about. As a result, I had to pay extra for two people more than what was indicated on the website. However, no additional bed linen was provided. When we asked to give us an extra blanket so that there would be enough for everyone, or at least a duvet cover, we were told that guests should sleep in pairs under one blanket! 4 adults — 2 blankets.
In our subjective opinion, this does not qualify as a premium class apartment. The spoiled mood revealed other minor shortcomings that in another situation we would not have paid attention to — the lack of any accessories. To wipe the table or water in the bathroom, cups in the bathroom, the door in the bedroom that opens due to a draft, the bed strangely standing in the middle of the living room (it’s not in the photo)
In general, the apartment is stylish, large and bright. Beautiful flowers and space. It's a shame we weren't able to enjoy it to the fullest.
