3. The website states that there is a swimming pool (as if it were an advantage) — in fact, they ask you to pay 2 thousand rubles per hour for the pool;
4. Lies at every turn (they say: "cancel without penalties" on a voice recorder — when asked in writing, they deny the information)

Clean new room, nice and neat, nice staff at the hotel, they helped with everything and were very responsive and friendly, the interior is stylish.
There is no air conditioning in the room, of course in cool weather it is not needed, but it would be great if it was for heating.
There is not enough light in the bathroom, the TV and Wi-Fi did not work well.

The hotel positions itself in different booking systems as 3-4*; unfortunately, the rooms are not equipped even for the minimum 3*: no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no bedside tables, no trash can in the room; if you have an additional booking for a longer period (in advance), you will be moved to another room; In 5 days, they tried to move us 4 times; don't get on your nerves — book decent accommodation.

The location is good.
There were no slippers and hygiene products (toothbrushes and toothpaste), according to the staff "they didn't bring any". The heated floor in the room was working at full capacity, after a request, they turned it off completely, which made us freeze.
Not worth the money.

Very friendly and polite staff who go out of their way to help. Quickly solved problems (there were few problems). Really clean, unshabby room. The room lacks: a refrigerator, air conditioning and a wardrobe. The bed is very large, but the sheet on the bed is very small and did not fit, you need elasticated bed linen. Very hard pillows. And I was very embarrassed that in the neighboring house there was a man with a gun who shot at them deeper and a trace of a bullet was found on our window, somehow a little uncomfortable after that.

Great location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, green historical area, liked the reception service: always smiling, sincerely trying to resolve any problems. The room has everything you need if your goal is to spend a lot of time walking around the city, want to get some sleep, wash and change clothes. Pleased with the heated floor in the bathroom and excellent water pressure, mirror with backlight.
We got to the weather of 4-10 degrees in May, and it was very cold in the room. There is no autonomous heating for such weather conditions. Didn't really like the completely synthetic bed linen, you wake up after it all wet, and you need to get out from under the blanket in a cold room.
Would have been very pleased with a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in to the room.

A very nice place in the historical part of the city with reasonable prices. The staff is just super, starting from the reception and ending with the security with a cool dog) )

The hotel does not accept cards, citing the transfer to a new bank account. They offer to pay either by transfer to the card owner or in cash. The tax office can safely arrange an audit. The stated service in the form of a pool and spa was not provided, although the room category was chosen specifically with this service. Why the opoata was made (see above — translation). The visit for a specific time was booked 24 hours in advance. I specially returned to the hotel at this time. But within 5 minutes they reported that the cleaning lady had not cleaned and needed another hour. Since I returned on purpose, there was no way to wait an hour. I had to refuse the service. I asked to reschedule for the evening, but they refused. Although everything was included in the price and paid for.

The location is great, in a quiet area, there is a nice bakery with delicious breakfasts nearby.
The hotel staff are great, everything is clean, they cleaned constantly, they answered questions promptly and solved everything.
The hotel is clean, everything is fresh, everything is new.
The girls are responsive, very nice, always in touch and ready to help.
The only downside is hot water, if you live upstairs, it may not reach you.
And the lack of a refrigerator.

We stayed for 2 nights. A very beautiful building, beautiful aesthetics inside, the room was clean, very very warm, I even had to open the window.
The hotel is quite quiet, the only thing being a dog yapping both mornings while walking from a neighboring cottage.
The staff is responsive and friendly.

We had junior suites. Everything was great! Sleeping was quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the street, neighboring rooms or the corridor.
A large comfortable bed, clean bed linen of normal quality. Snow-white towels, tiles in the bathroom of a pleasant color. A decent hair dryer — not a Dyson of course), but not a stationary one with a button that you have to constantly press while drying yourself. A regular hair dryer with a plug and temperature control) The walls in the room look like velvet, very stylish, rich. Candlesticks, glamorous chandeliers and lamps add gloss to the interior. Spacious and tasteful.
Everything was clean, the room was cleaned every day when we did not refuse cleaning. The shower without plaque, streaks, drops, clean. New packaged washcloths turned out to be very useful (for example, I forgot mine at home)
There is bottled water on each floor.
Polite, responsive staff. After we checked out, they agreed to take our suitcases to the plane without any problems.
Overall, a wonderful hotel, clean, cozy, beautiful, exceeded all expectations)
If you have a lot of things, then there is not enough space to put them.
It is a pity that just when we were going to the spa, it was closed for maintenance.
It would be great if the window above the bed was covered with dark roller blinds, since in the morning there is too much light directly overhead.

Hotel sauna.
The so-called “continental breakfast” consists of a bowl of instant porridge with water without oil for 300 rubles and coffee or tea. You could order scrambled eggs or an omelet for the same price.
I have never seen a worse room than 307 junior suite. Crimson walls, lack of ceiling lighting, red lamps, black bedspread create the atmosphere of a cave, and not a hotel room. The soap dispenser was broken, the bathroom floor had tiles without a rug, and there was no shower gel. After the scandal, they brought soap and soap accessories, towels for the floor and robes for the sauna, including one with a hole. The administration ignored the request to change the number.

With this comment I just want to reassure everyone that these disgusting comments about adult vacations etc. Are refuted. I had nothing like this during my 10 day stay and everything was more than excellent, I had nothing to complain about.
The room was very nice and cozy, exactly as promised in the photo.
The cleanliness was also very good.

First, the pros — large comfortable rooms, stable Wi-Fi, convenient location and responsive administrator Natalya. All. Now about the disadvantages, of which there are quite a few. Breakfast included in the price, as it turned out, needs to be ordered in advance. Otherwise, you will remain hungry. This is exactly what happened to us. Spa — cold pool, in the Baltic Sea the water is warmer. But in the steam room, on the contrary, it is cold. The rooms do not have air conditioning, keep this in mind if you plan to visit the Besedar Hotel in the summer. There is a fan, but no full-length mirror. The highlight is the magical administrator Oksana, contact with whom (according to her assurances) should be 24 hours — in fact, it was impossible to call, follow up and reach her. I do not recommend visiting the Baseder Hotel, at a price of 8, 000 rubles per night, it is better to take a closer look at other options.

We couldn’t buy rooms to stay in Kaliningrad anywhere. "BESEDER" helped. Not cheap. Very nice area. The hotel building has three floors, but there is no elevator. There is a garden and birds sing in it all night — not everyone can sleep (there is no point in closing the window, because it is very stuffy and there is no air conditioning). Everything is neat and everything you need is there. Everything worked. Cleaning every day. Breakfast is monotonous, but quite edible. Nice women at the reception. A perestroika-style hotel. We are not picky — everything was fine for us. Thanks to the staff!

I thought that the situation would be resolved positively and adequately and that I would leave a positive review and praise the service or not leave it at all, but to my regret this did not happen.
I'll start with the positives — spacious and clean rooms with fairly recent renovations, which are provided with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
That's all.
Now to the CONS:
1) in 8 nights they didn’t change my towels even once; I can’t say 100% about the bed, since it’s some kind of strange brown color. Since I lived alone in a double junior suite, I had two sets of towels. One day I put a dirty towel on the floor so that during daily cleaning they would already take it away, but what did they do — they folded the dirty towel from the floor onto my bed…
2) Daily cleaning is also of poor quality.
3) You can hear the noise of pipes when someone turns on the water in neighboring rooms.
4) Cold water in the shower takes a very long time to drain.
But these are little things that I would not have written, but would have said at the congress, if not for the following situation.
