I am grateful to all the employees of the Hotel! hotel! Restaurant! Very comfortable! Cosy! Polite staff. Purely. Cool! We are very glad that we vacationed here. The children are happy!

Stopped over after an overnight flight. We met, checked in, everything was fine. The hotel has a kitchen. The room is large, panoramic windows, on the 1st floor. The bed is comfortable.

Not far from the central market. From the airport 15 minutes by car.
The room is clean. There is a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, and a TV. There is a cooler in the hall.

Wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful 🙌. The rooms are cute, cozy, and well-maintained, all at a very reasonable price.

I liked the hotel, in the city center, clean, quiet, reasonable price.
Of the minuses, not all rooms have enough sockets. And on weekends, there is a disco nearby, you can hear it well.

My husband and I took places in the women's and dormitory rooms. Shared shower. In the feminine principle, everything is good and pure.
The men's room is "crowded with Uzbek workers.

Clean, spacious, good location. It is possible without breakfast.
Everything would be fine, but there were repairs behind the wall — they were drilling, even after 10 pm.

Very good location, excellent food, great pool, pleasant grounds.
The furniture in the room wasn't very conveniently arranged.
The mattress pad kept sliding off, so the bed wasn't very comfortable.

The sanatorium is located in the forest, far from populated areas, 20-30 minutes to Listvyanka.

I lived in this hotel from 12/30/2023 to 01/5/2024. A very tasty hearty breakfast was included in the price. Rooms with shower, good bed.

Convenient location, beautifully maintained grounds, and it's clear everything was done with love. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and high-quality linens.

I really liked the hotel, everything is new, made of wood, clean, well-maintained, there is a shared kitchen, you can cook, there is everything you need.

Nice stay. The manager speaks some English. It’s in a great location just out of the main town but walking distance from nice restaurants and the Baikal museum / hike.

Everything was fine. The room was reasonable for the price. The staff was attentive and responsive.
The café was excellent; we all enjoyed the breakfast, at least.

“Valley of Dreamers” is a wonderful place for relaxation and interesting excursions. Nice and cozy cafe. The staff is polite and friendly. The area is decorated with taste. We recommend.

The place is interesting. With its own charm. Very tasty sagudai. The best taiga-style dumplings.

We celebrated Women's Day on March 8th in a restaurant.

I have been using products from the U Istoka store for 7 years. I especially like meat products. Always fresh.

My friends and I vacationed in Listvyanka in July 2024 at the Alanya Hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated, although the flooring already requires updating.
The location on the bank of the Bratsk reservoir is convenient for relaxation with stunning views.

Staff. Location. The restaurant serves delicious food (Olivier salad, vinaigrette — real masterpieces). Breakfast is ascetic, but quite filling.

We celebrated our anniversary and were greeted with a warm and joyful welcome. The tables were laden with delicious food, everything was home-cooked and served.

This place is fantastic. We were on a business trip and decided to book a room. We stopped in and didn't regret it one bit.
