Hello. Very bad situation on the part of the hotel. Two rooms are booked for the next week, one by phone, one via AirBnb. Money from the card through AirBnb paid, came from them confirmation of the booking. Also received a message about the second booking from the hotel address and the phone also called and confirmed everything. In parallel I booked on the booking, and after confirmation the operator asked to cancel the reservation there as I had already booked us a place (which I did).
A day later I called the hotel to make sure, the operator promised to clarify and call back, and a day about them neither rumor nor spirit. I didn't. Called myself, and the operator reported that both of my reservations they unilaterally canceled, as there are no seats.
I began to find out the details, and the manager Yulia Stroganova began to raise her voice, frankly nahamila, not finding a solution to our problem and to top it off threw the phone. I mean, if I hadn't called, we'd suddenly be turned off the road.
The administration's request to solve our problem. After confirmation we bought tickets and tuned in for the trip, now imagine our confusion from such an unspeakable attitude to customers.

Stayed in this hostel twice. The first time I lived with a girl in a double room with a shower (which was so small that when you sit on the toilet, your knees against into the wall), it was not a perfect purity: the shower had a disposable bag of shampoo in the room under the bed of dust. Very clean and comfortable. One big but the price and amenities mismatch. For 3000, we received a small room, even without a closet or shelves for things, with the only small nightstand, an awfully violined bed (the whole hostel knew when I would redeploy to another side) and a chair. Shower is common.
