Central heating and hot water.
Bathrooms and hygiene supplies, clean bed linen and fresh towels are provided. Wet and dry cleaning after each guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and eating.
The apartment cannot accommodate more than the stated number of guests, video surveillance cameras with a motion sensor are installed on the site at the entrance to the apartment.
The apartment is not rented for events. Animals are allowed only in a cage by prior agreement. Smoking is allowed only on the street, in case of violation, it is possible to withhold a deposit. Check-in of guests is possible from the age of 21, upon presentation of a passport with the conclusion of a contract.
