Overall the hotel is nice. The rooms are as in the description. But. The first impression was that we were not expected at all, and when we arrived, the staff decided that it is not a couple with two small children, but a bag of money.
We booked in advance with a request for 2 cots with breakfast and dinner (the children were also told on the phone would have breakfast and dinner) and check out at 16.30 (the website says that after 5 p. M. — a late departure with payment of half the cost per day). And the day before the arrival I received a call to check the reservation and proved that we have a late departure and will have to pay half the cost of the day (to prove it was not possible, in fact paid even less than the reservation).
When check-in, the room had only a double bed, there were no cots. At the reception we apologized and within 20 minutes we were brought children's beds.
In the room itself, all the accessories were… For one person… After another 30 minutes brought for the second (at our request). After 30 minutes we were informed that children will have only breakfast, dinner or pay for a complex (which turns out cheaper), or order yourself on the menu of the restaurant (there is no children's menu). Immediately asked about the size of portions (either one serving for two, or each serving). One says the portions are tiny, the other says huge (so as not to risk paying 2).

Nice hotel overall. But be prepared for a terrible crash that will wake you up regularly in between 03.00 to 05.30, a garbage truck arrives and rattles the whole neighborhood. It's just hell, you get up in the morning. Do something, it's very serious. People go for comfort and peace of mind!

Polite staff, great service, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and lovely view. One minus repair a bridge and to get difficult, but it is small things.

We stayed here for a Second time. I like Everything. Especially dinner for two for 200 rubles. Of The Cons: The smell in the rooms, but quickly get used and it happens that people scream on the waterfront. And so great service!

Clean, comfortable room with a view of the Volga. The room has an electric kettle, tea, sugar. The bathroom has a standard set of soaps, shampoo and shower gel. Also white bathrobe and slippers ☺

What did not like: perhaps a thin wall, as you could hear every word in another room (but I have a rumor above average). I am a este, so I did not like the dark furniture in the classic style and did not enjoy some old style (not old) bedspread. But the lingerie is of high quality.

The hotel is good. The restaurant is something-especially in summer on the veranda overlooking the Volga. I always try to go there.

The hotel is a solid four, for the staff would put perfectly and for the size of the rooms, but the impression spoilt a long lack of repair, at first glance not noticeable, but gradually more pay attention to the dusty carpet on the floor and shabby the door with the floor. The location of the hotel is good enough, 15 minutes walk along the promenade and you are in the city center. Cleaned well. Room facilities are also good-even bathrobes are present. The staff was very helpful and friendly. As there is something to compare in Kostroma-this hotel I will put a solid four with a plus.

This is a very nice hotel. It is located on the Volga Embankment.

Instead of a dark beer, they brought the light and assured that it was him that I had ordered, and I did not drink it at all. The food is not tasty, walleye with rice, rice tastes like oatmeal, which has been left in the morning, all fresh. I'll never come here again. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Room small, but everything you need is there. Interesting Cafe and reception. Breakfast at 5, there are a large variety of dishes. Put 4, because at the time of their stay in the room had no hot water.
