I wanted to check into this hotel to replace my driver's license with a new one and pass a medical examination for a driver in Troitsk (a temporary registration is required for a narcologist). But, as it turned out, the mandatory registration of Russians before check-in and documents on temporary check-in are not provided. A male voice answered the phone — apparently the owner. He refers to the long process of going to the FMS. Although the forums say that registration at the hotel is mandatory, occurs before check-in and does not take much time. And it should be done within 24 hours. The Kontur Hotel service seems to do all the registration filing with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is not clear why they are breaking the law.
➜ The rooms are just awful. Dirt, cold. The food was completely unsanitary. In some kind of utility room. Payment in cash or by bank transfer. The administrator, who is also the owner, is just an idiot. Don't be fooled by the photo. It's really a dump. For that kind of money, it's better to choose a normal hotel.
