Price-quality ratio. Walking distance to many places I wanted to visit. Cleanliness in the room. Staff readiness to resolve everyday issues.
No habit of paying attention to minor flaws.

The hotel fully lives up to its name. It is located at the crossroads of railway tracks and a busy highway. From the window you can watch the trains. But the building has good sound insulation and you can have a good rest. Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It has its own dining room. If you have booked a room with breakfast and have an early check-out, keep in mind that you will get to breakfast no earlier than 7:30 am, and you will have to have dinner at the latest at 4 pm, then the dining room closes. Within walking distance from the hotel there is an excellent canteen "Sunny Day" and a bus stop.

Price-quality ratio. Comfortable rooms, excellent service. Ideal for business trips.
Inconvenient location (but this is not the hotel’s fault, but the renovation around it). It is difficult to walk from the embankment through man-made landscapes and mud. Quite monotonous breakfasts.

Nearby is the wonderful Alexander Nevsky Cathedral! Red Avenue! Accessible entrance to the hotel building! In principle, everything is fine!

Perfect for my trip. In the same building there is a gastrocenter, which was the purpose of my trip. Despite the proximity of the railway tracks, the building is quiet and there are no foreign odors. The design of the floors and rooms is pleasant and cozy. In the corridors and at the reception there are flowers, coolers with purified water, tea and coffee in the room, hygiene kits, slippers, everything you need. I was very pleased with the delicious breakfast and friendly hotel staff, thank you for the welcome and breakfast.
The carpet in the room is not the cleanest, the bed sometimes had springs)

Nice hotel. Room is clean and has all you need. Located in the center but in between a main road and the railways.

I give the price/quality ratio 2 stars. The hotel is a converted hostel. There is no normal, guarded parking. The audibility in the rooms is simply superb, you can hear your neighbors as if we were in the same room. Separately, it is worth mentioning the food. The photo shows breakfast and dinner, priced at 300 rubles. For each, it’s up to each person to decide whether it’s worth it or not. I also liked the care of the staff. Since my stay included Saturday, but due to the coronavirus on Saturday the cafe was not open in the morning, it’s not clear what coronavirus has to do with it, but okay, on Friday evening they prepared breakfast for me, it’s in the photo. So on to the little things: the water in the shower stall didn’t drain well, the watering can was unclear (it’s in the photo), there was either mold or glue, the bed was never changed in three days. In general, the result is this: in my personal opinion, the biggest minus is the food, then the high price with the declared amenities and stars.

A great place to stay, just off Krasny P. Near the Ob. Well organised, clean and neat with helpful staff and realistic prices.
