Reviews of Rus Hotel
➜
The price of 2, 600 is not worth such a shabby double room, plus only cleanliness, upon request of a receipt they come up with a quest to get it, the staff is cashless and not respectful.
➜
A double room costs 2000 per night. The room is nice. The only downside is the shower. The location is good, almost in the very center. It has its own parking, which can also probably be considered a plus.

We came to Chebarkul with our family from far away, we had to spend the night in a hotel, I found one nearby. They offered us a far from cheap room, without breakfast, no slippers in the room. No way to buy even water, since we checked in late, nothing worked. And there is no kettle in the room. That is, you need to either look for a 24-hour store or drink tap water.
Upon entering the room, I immediately felt a ingrained unpleasant smell, I opened the window … dirty curtains, as if they had wiped something with them. The furnishings in the room leave much to be desired, everything already needs dry cleaning.
Urine was not flushed from the toilet, and a razor from previous guests was in the trash can. They replaced the garbage bag for us, assuring us that the room was cleaned. Around 5:30 we woke up because of loud sounds of communication, to which was added the stomping back and forth in the common corridor, like a herd of elephants, the floors creaked. Complete disrespect for the guests. The reaction to my remark was — We actually have a hotel! This is not normal. We have stayed in many places, in different cities, with different time zones and in any hotel, guest house, etc. There are regulations, rules of residence, rules for the staff are also written down, but in this place the attitude towards guests is DISGUSTING, for their money! In this case, the "location" does not play any role, I rated it at 1 star, since the service provided did not depend on it.
