The place is nice, beautiful and very, cozy. But the service at the restaurant is just awful. Spoiled the experience completely about the hotel. Rude, slow waitresses and bartenders. They're sitting on their phones. Laziness even has a drinks card to offer.

Only in Russia can build a hotel with expensive prices and "no" service. The restaurant has three waiters, the landing is incomplete. They brought the wrong order. Then they brought someone else's.
