Update: The staff fixed the issues and all is well. Very disappointed, they shut the water off every night. They knock on the door when you have a "do not disturb" sign hanging outside (this happened 3 times). They also do not change the sheets. My phone also is not able to call reception because it doesn't work. This is below the level of service I typically get at Holiday Inns. I will be staying at the Ramada next time.
