Very good place to stay when you are in veronez.
every thing here is fantastic.

Good hotel but there was a bad smell of sewage at the bathroom.

The hotel certainly good. The rooms are clean and comfortable the room is big. The only negative is the Parking. If the machine height is more than 1.8 meters you will have trouble finding space to install the car. I think the price is too high for such a hotel.

I stayed 3 nights a this very new (I believe it has been open for about 6 months), extremly clean and smart Marriott hotel at the start of May.  I'm Platinum status with Marriott and was given an upgrade to a Premium Suite on the 19th floor.   The room was very spacious, with one small bathroom with toilet and a very large main bathroom with shower and a large bath. A separate sitting room area with large sofa, large TV, a desk, kitchen area with hob and fridge,  and separate bedroom with a very comfy king size bed and another large TV.   The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel seems to have an Executive Lounge on the 19th floor, however it was closed for the duration of my stay. In it's place I was offered complementary soft drinks and snacks all day and beer/wine with some larger plated snacks from 5:30pm-9:30pm from the bar on 7th floor.   I would guess the Executive Lounge was closed due to the very low number of people staying at the hotel while I was there. On my first evening I was the only person in the restaurant and the 2nd morning I was the only person at breakfast. I felt a little guilty having a whole huge buffet all to myself! Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is nice. With lovely views but very noisy air conditioning system, especially why that night.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Made in the world's best standards. There is anything you want: trained staff. All with real Medknizhkami, now before the World Cup everyone is vaccinated really. Take care of their reputation. The rooms are super. The staff is dressed with needles. The view from the Windows is fantastic. Everything shines with novelty and comfort. In general will not hit the dirt face in front of the guests of the city, especially foreigners.

New hotel in the center of Voronezh. All the main attractions of the city are nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright and with a beautiful view. The rooms have a kettle and an iron. The slippers and bathrobes will bring if necessary. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The Windows do not open. The air conditioner cools the air very slowly. If you close your eyes at this point, this hotel is suitable for a comfortable stay in Voronezh.

The rest of the cons:-flowing ceiling in the rooms-dirty yellow water in the toilet-holes towels-a low threshold in the shower, water after the shower spills all over the shower and gets on the carpet, unpleasant to walk on the wet.
— Absence of opening windows, absence of fresh air inflow, artificial ventilation makes noise and prevents to sleep.
— Standard high, and the staff is ordinary, Voronezh, with a local mentality, rude administrators, impudent maids: Do not reported tea/coffee, did not change towels (once raised dirty from the floor and hung on the hook), a week never changed bed Lingerie.
— Breakfasts are monotonous, pancakes are not tasty, you can not make coffee, only the administrator brings 1 cup, if used to 2-3 in the morning, repeated request ignored.
I put 1 star, but even this for marriota a lot. Terrible. Just awful.
P. S. Maybe I'm just not used to such "luxury":-)

The hotel is very decent. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The usual hotel of the western plan. Association with foreign countries… The parking is very uncomfortable, confusing, low. Meter refused to read the map, had to contact "help". There's even a button for that, so I'm not the first. And the business lunch is very decent. Recommend.

Premium hotel with great service and delicious cuisine.
