Friendly staff, cozy houses (we were in fresh single-storey). A large well-groomed area. Roomy parking. Each house has its own gazebo with a grill, some also have a hammock hanging (for some reason we did not have). The house has everything you need to cook food: a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, all the necessary dishes, even a dishwasher. The property is a small zoo with birds and rabbits. Playground, relevant for those who like to climb, trampoline. During the day, a donkey appears in the clearing and periodically alerts everyone about its presence with loud AAA AI. Near Oka with a big sandy beach.
In the bathroom, unfortunately, we did not find the usual shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen lacked banal salt and sunflower oil.
