Booked this house from January 3 to January 6, 2021. On arrival we were met, held around the house, showed the territory. At first impression everything was fine.
Arrived with a company of 13 people to relax and spend time. On the second floor there is a large hall for a joint pastime, but the moment when we were there all together, noticed that the hall is quite cold. There were 4 heaters, of which two worked, and one constantly switched off from the network. Okay, half the trouble. Accept.
The next day the problems began much more unpleasant: it became cold in the rooms, the heaters were taken away by the staff for repairs. The result is 3 working heaters per house from 3 floors. The big hall became completely unsuitable for being there. Without exaggeration there was steam coming from the mouth, so much it was cold. Called the owner, heard: "I can not help right now, we can provide 2 hours of baths for free. " Bath is good, but we wouldn't freeze at home. At the same time, it turned out that the problem is in the gas equipment. Specialists arrived, tried to fix, it got a little better, but the big hall is still unsuitable for being there. The first floor, where the kitchen, just did not sink. The hot water disappeared for a long time, then restored, but worked with interruptions.
A separate moment is the toilet on the first floor. God forbid, if the temperature there reaches 5. It is, of course, impossible to take a shower there.
