Rasul

Excellent friendly and hospitality people work at the restaurant. The only place in town that will welcome you after 10 pm. Shishkebab was excellent.

The hotel was part of the tour so we didn't choose it. A very strange place. It's fine for an overnight stay, but no more.
On the downside: very slippery shower. Very. Be careful and careful. In our 9th room, the bathroom door did not close, we had to put paper under it. The heater didn't work, but the Bali radiators themselves were quite hot.
And there are carpets everywhere.

Now I’m struggling with the desire to write the warmest review about this place and the lack of desire to tell people about it who don’t know how to rest and don’t let others rest. I was in Rasul about 4 years ago, the base was not yet so equipped with houses, there were very few of them, but even then I really liked this place. The presence of a canteen and amenities with warm water were once rare beyond the passes. And the location itself in Aktash allows you to see various sights and return to spend the night in warm and clean rooms. This time (July 2022) we lived in remote houses that overlook the forest, and it was very comfortable! There are 4 houses just for our group, next to each house there are gazebos, and it’s like we’re the only ones at the base! Nobody bothered us and we didn’t bother anyone) The base now even has a bathhouse and spa treatments! The houses smell deliciously of wood, the beds and towels are clean, they even have disposable shampoo, shower gel and dental kit! My only complaint is about people who throw bottles, plastic and other garbage into the forest! Well, they put trash cans next to your gazebos and houses, is it really difficult to stretch out your hand not towards the forest, but towards the bucket? Nearby, about a five-minute walk behind the fence of the base, is the Chibitka River. Very picturesque and clean. But even there we found traces of a picnic with all that it entails… it’s very sad.

I was lucky to live alone in a cottage for the New Year and January holidays) I liked the cottage: clean, cozy, warm, everything you need was available in the rooms and in the kitchen. You can cook food, there is all the necessary equipment, utensils, and utensils. Good Wi-Fi signal and plenty of sockets) We lived in room 7 (this is the farthest and I think the quietest room). The room was so warm that the windows were constantly open. The bed is comfortable, toilet, shower, sink are all in the room. The hotel staff is very kind: if something bothered us or had questions, we called the reception and our questions were immediately resolved) Also included in the price is breakfast in the cafe — delicious porridge, cheese, once there were vegetables, we didn’t eat in the cafe again, about lunch and dinners I can’t say anything. On December 31, you were again lucky to be the only one in the Spa complex (5 steps from the porch of the cottage), there is a bathhouse, hammam, swimming pool, sauna, herbal tea! Everything is clean and comfortable. In total, we spent 4 days at the base, on the last day more guests arrived and of course it cannot be compared with the time when we were alone and the whole cottage was at our disposal, after all, the sound insulation is very weak : (Otherwise, we had a great time, I think it was very lucky that there were no people and the holiday fell on the New Year holidays. I would come back here again) Beautiful view of the mountains from the window.

The hotel is not bad, but the conditions in different rooms vary greatly.
There are several cozy houses, but they were all occupied. We got a fairly compact room on the 2nd floor of the main building with windows facing the road. It was hot in July and at night I had to choose: open the window and ventilate the room, or close it and not hear the noise of cars.
In addition to the fact that the room was the cheapest, everything in the hotel was good: beautiful territory (cozy houses, paths, benches, gazebos, children's playgrounds), clean, good food in the cafe.

The hotel itself is good. There are rooms for different tastes and incomes. During the high season it is better to book in advance. They organize a bunch of excursions. Conveniently located to many attractions. The downsides are a lot of people (essentially the hotel is a transit hub), few seats in the dining room, located along the highway (no sense of privacy and unity with nature). There are more advantages.

Not a bad place to stop in this part of Altai. Convenient location. It is clear that the territory is being taken care of. There are gazebos where you can stay in the evening with a group. Many rooms with amenities.
The breakfast cafe is really very poor, comparable to the level of a hostel for 800 rubles. There is no coffee, the dishes are washed the old fashioned way (I was squeamish), the set of products is very budget-friendly. I don't see the point in such a breakfast. You need to change your partner or tighten things up.

Great place to relax. It is advisable to call and make a reservation in advance, especially on weekends. There are places of different budgets, from a house with its own kitchen, to a room in a cottage or hotel. We rested in a room in a cottage.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast vouchers are issued at the reception (you cannot lose them — they will not be issued again). Breakfast is a buffet: 2 types of milk porridges, pastries, drinks).
The cottage has a shared kitchen with kitchenware. The room has a shower with warm water, a toilet, hygiene supplies (disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, soap, 3 towels per person, slippers). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, thermoport, multicooker), as well as all utensils for cooking and serving.
On the territory there are gazebos, a playground, and a summer kitchen.
It is prohibited to enter the territory by car. There is free parking for it.
There is also a bath complex on site: a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a women's and men's bathhouse, a relaxation room, a locker room with a shower. The complex is designed for 15 people. Minimum payment for 1.5 hours. To visit the complex, towels can be taken from your room. Swimming slippers are available.
You can also sign up for excursions at the reception.
