I liked it and rented a room in the house. Everything is very decent, everything is clean, new, the room has a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen is shared. The TV is only in the forge, but here it is usually not needed. There is a sauna for a fee. The view is just fire! We recommend everyone to stay here.

Well, overall not bad. We checked into the room through a voucher, so I can’t say the cost. There are many buildings here. Each one seems to have 3 floors. There are luxury and simple rooms. The "luxury" rooms have a bathroom, while the standard rooms only have a toilet. But there is a shower for “mortals” too, it’s just shared. The luxury room has a bed (s), armchairs, a table, a TV, a chandelier, a wardrobe and a bathroom. In an ordinary toilet, beds, chest of drawers, TV, nightstand and not a chandelier, but a simple light bulb. The windows in mine personally did not open. Perhaps this problem is only mine, because we lived on the 3rd floor. There are rugs on the floor and batteries in the corners. I would also like to say that even in the luxury room the ventilation is not the cleanest. There is a hall on each floor.
In fact, the stairs just killed me. The housing is screw-shaped and it is simply impossible to move around it. Take slippers, so at least you won’t fall on it. The staircase to the building itself is tall in terms of the height of the steps. By the way, I noticed that they are like this everywhere. Right in all the places we've been. In general, if the number costs more than 10k per day, then don’t take it.
There don't seem to be any bedbugs in the beds. We slept peacefully, but the audibility was “cool”. If you come across neighbors who are alcoholics or whores, it won’t be fun.

Warm, bright, cozy. We vacationed with a large group, 20 people, and accommodated everyone in one big house. Everyone was happy.
