Restaurant: I felt sorry for the deer who had to die for my venison steak. The so-called deer steak was a cut that should have been served better than stew. Even the chef couldn't tell me what cut of meat my steak came from.

I usually don’t leave reviews about hotels where I stay with my family, because I understand that you can’t please everyone, in any place there is something better, something worse, and that’s normal. But this time it just boiled to such an extent that I want to warn people from visiting this place!
Of course, the village of Artybash itself is a small village, to which we are going not for special comfort, but for the beauty of the places and impressions, but we were traveling with our family two children and therefore decided to choose a hotel rather than a private house to stay for three days. We took a room for four people — the only thing we could take for ourselves was a Suite! Price 10000/day! Plus, we were recommended to take breakfast right away when booking; the hotel website lists its own restaurant with a decent photo! The surprises began from the first second of our stay at the hotel! It turned out that there was no one to work here and the administrator also serves people in the cafe, they only have one person working in the kitchen, and besides them, there is only another cleaning lady in the hotel… It was terribly cold in the room, since it was very passable outside and We asked for a heater in the room!

The room has a TV, a refrigerator, a large mirror, a rack (not a closet) for clothes, a table, an armchair, an ottoman, a bedside table, two floor lamps, many sockets, well-designed switches (you can turn off the lights without getting out of bed). Bright and clean bathroom with shower. Towels are changed every other day and every day ;). There is always hot water, a boiler is installed. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are warm, the pillows are a bit small. Many thanks to administrator Alina for her hospitality, responsiveness and kindness.

We should be flexible in accepting tourists and respond positively to requests. We needed breakfast at 8-8.30. But this task is not solvable for staff. Or breakfast at 9 or a packed lunch… But in general everything is fine, a wonderful place near the hotel, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, tea and a kettle in the room, there is a hairdryer.

A pleasant hotel with beautiful and well-kept rooms, the service staff is generally normal, but the girl at the reception who coughs very often and looks unwell, you know what time it is, but in her defense she was always wearing a mask and a very pleasant girl. Another downside was that a small ant was crawling on the floor of the restaurant, and on the second day the shower began to leak. From the yard there is access to the backwater of the river, but despite the backwater the water is icy, they say that by September it warms up. But despite this, I really liked the place, the courtyard is pleasant, there are bicycles for rent, there is billiards, there is a good bathhouse.

🟢We ​​visited from July 27-29, 2020. In fact: The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious (there is ventilation, shower accessories, liquid soap in a special tank, corners of toilet paper rolls are neatly folded, a water heater in each room, three towels for each guest. The plumbing is all in perfect condition, no rust, scratches, or mold) in The room has excellent white bed linen, slippers for each guest, kettle, tea, hairdryer, bottle of water per person.

Breakfast included. You need to fill out a form at the restaurant for breakfast, indicating the food options. This was done, obviously, so that the cooks knew in advance what and in what quantity to cook, so that there would be no shortage of certain dishes.
🟢The food is delicious and filling. We didn't finish our breakfast. In my opinion, it’s impossible to eat everything 😄 by the way, they once brought us even more than we ordered) ) for breakfast (it’s from 9-11) they came not at 9 but at 10, then the hungriest ones had already eaten, and there was no crowd) since the menu is personal, we didn’t see the point in rushing for breakfast (no one will eat ours😉😄)
🟢We had dinner in the gazebo on the hotel grounds. From the restaurant you can take a grill or skewers, dishes and order takeaway dishes. The waiters will bring everything to the gazebo.
