Bavaria Hotel

Nothing! A dump, a den, a rare piece of crap.
That's it! This isn't a hotel, it's a den. There's a sauna on the second floor where anyone can go and then wander around the third floor, where people sleep, pull handles, knock, yell, and so on. The soundproofing is terrible; these same men who steam themselves call girls. In short, it's total. They charge 5, 600 rubles a night, for what?! In short, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

One plus is the proximity to the airport, and only if you need it! Cons: the hotel is 18+, which should be mentioned, and the sauna is not for hotel guests, but for "other" people! You'll be listening to the fun all night long, no matter where you are! We had a room right above the hot tub, which was also fun, and by the way, it was a superior room! Room 7: There was no drinking water! The staff didn't respond to our request at all!

There was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up to the third floor myself. The guests in the suite were smoking and talking loudly late at night on the fire escape, right through the bathroom window of the junior suite I'd rented.
There were four smoke detectors in the room, two of which in the bedroom flashed red all night.
The sauna smelled of cigarettes and was unpleasant.
The drinking water in the tea area ran out at 8 PM and wasn't available until I left at 8 AM the next day.

We stayed as a family (3 adults).
The mattress felt springy.
The breakfast wasn't worth the money. And unless you're eating outside, there's no room in the room to have a proper breakfast.

I booked Bavaria because this hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport. Really close! I ordered a taxi without any problems.
Well, the stay itself left only positive emotions. Beautiful building! Chic interior! Clean white bed linen! The room itself is very large, warm and a bonus — a beautiful view of the mountains!
The building has baths and saunas. It didn't bother me at all.
When checking in, they asked me to choose breakfast, there is no cafe, but they bring it to your room. I was satisfied with everything! Would I return? Definitely yes!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. No complaints. Clean, warm, beautiful interior. Availability of parking was important, no problem here either.
The administrator is an attentive and friendly girl. She brought breakfast to the room at the appointed time.

This hotel seems to have a reputation for "binging". That is, specific. It is called a spa hotel, but there is no pool, alas, and a spa is about baths. Which exist. There is nothing in the sense of food. No restaurant. No cafe, no buffet. This is annoying, especially since the hotel is not in the city center. On the outskirts, and you will have to find a place to eat in the distance. The hotel building is beautiful, but it is located in an unattractive environment. The views from the window are not good.

I booked a room with a mountain view. Upon arrival we were told that these rooms were occupied. Strange, right? Regular beds, nothing special. I couldn’t sleep for half the night because someone was singing “Natalyiii” at karaoke. I didn't really like it. I don't recommend it to tourists. Price and quality don't match. The only plus is it's close to the airport. But here, in fact, everything is nearby.

At first the hotel looked eerily empty and then at 23:30 a ballet of door banging and furniture moving lasted until 02:00 and then back again at 7:30 in the morning. Also there is no spa here. Misleading name.

This is not a hotel, this is a BROTHEL.
If you want to sleep, look for another place.
The sauna is for locals, on the second floor, and there was noise all night, doors were slamming.

For 4 days the room was not cleaned once. It turns out that we should have told the reception about this. There is no telephone in the room, I had to go to the reception for all questions.

If you want to relax before or after a trip, I under no circumstances recommend this hotel. It's a pity that we didn't read the reviews about this hangout earlier. The hotel has a sauna, which is open until the morning. You probably guess what's going on there. There was a strong hum in the room due to the hood from the jacuzzi, they called the administrator to ask what it was and when it would be turned off, they said to be patient, they would turn it off in an hour. The time was half past 1 am. They turned off only half past 4 am, get up at 6:30. The entire 3rd floor stinks of smoke. You won’t be able to wash yourself properly because the hot water only flows for a couple of seconds, and then you need to wait another 5 minutes.
The only plus: this is the location of the hotel; we deliberately chose it closer to the airport so that we could get a good night’s sleep. But that won't happen to you here.
Upon arrival we spent 2 days in Igman, and this is the best and quiet hotel with a good variety of food. 15 minutes from the airport, but you will have peace of mind about your sleep.

I liked everything! The location suited me — at the entrance to the city, no need to drag through traffic jams looking for a parking space. Here I was met, accommodated, and even went to the Finnish sauna. And I asked for breakfast at 6 a. M. And it was brought to my room unconditionally. Super! Thanks to the administrator! In a word, the holiday was a success!

I booked this hotel after reading different reviews about it and went not knowing what awaited me. People who write bad reviews demand that this hotel be treated like a five-star hotel. Hey, guests! I, a business traveler, have to spend the night 10 times a month in different places. Bavaria left a pleasant impression. A room with a view of the mountains, snow-white towels and bed linen. The tea area on the floor with cookies and sweets is gorgeous! And the parking lot is large and convenient, this is also a plus.
Definitely recommend!
