Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms!

So, the hotel is splitted in two, the 3* wing and the 4* wing. We only wanted to grab a drink by the quay so we had to get in the hotel, walk through the breakfast area and then get to the terrace where was no server to attend us… Wasn't nice so we changed out mind and went somewhere else. Probably the 4* wing is much better than this one.

Excellent hotel right on edge of river, good room and facilities, and friendly staff. Great place for a stay in this unique part of Romania.

The Hotel is comfortable but does not reach the 4 star rating. The Food Not regular did not have a good Buffet or a la carte, the rooms are large and simple, lo. Better to get a room with a river view.

Hotel staff are excellent, they've helped me whenever I needed help! My room on the other hand is below somewhere with a lot of traffic so noises start at around 6am, I am working in Tulcea so already awake but if I was visiting, I would be distressed being awoken so early.

Excellent solution for a stay in the Delta area. Both for business or tourism. Good quality for the price. Professional staff.

I am a bit disappointed There are two Hotel Delta in the same place, a 4* and the 3* hotel I was sleeping in. I was disappointed because the room was dusty and the bathroom a bit old. There are certain details that don’t cost a fortune to make them new and to look right. Then the towels… how hard can it be to have clean, bright white, fresh towels? I have checked with other friends too and they had the same problem with the towels. One of mine had even a rust stain on it. The foot towel to put on the floor was better looking than the face one. The personal is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is reach and good with nice fresh and local products. The pool was nice and very friendly personnel. All in one the hotel in ok, but a bit too pricey for how it looks.

The hotel is nice, make sure to ask for the room facing the lake/river danube. The only problem is probably the staff who will surely be a bit of a handful, slight tones of being rude and not very supportive. Also, watch out what you pay at the bar… By the way, they don't accept dollars. PS: ask them to refil the toiletteries if you dont see all.

Nice atmosphere, fine rooms. There is also a clean cozy pool with a view and a bubblepool in the spa.

Hotel Delta the beast… Comfortable room. And then there's it. The Spa. Fabulous. Especially for those like me who come back after work. Very relaxing to go to the pool…

Such a racist hotel! this is my first time in Romania and I noticed the people very nice and friendly I stayed in Bucharest and in Somova, and they have never experienced any bad treating either myself or my family but when I reach this hotel who I booked for two nights the stuff was route also the rooms has no coffee or water or even tissues, and when I took my children to the swimming pool the lady there told me it's not allowed for us to swim with the other guests, I was so embarrassed! I thought I was in the early 20s! also I'm so surprised how can the treat their guests like that, i'm wondering did the other guests paid with € and I paid them with eggs?! I mean come on I'm from Dubai we have the only seven stars hotel in the world, The highest building in the world, our 3 star hotel is way better than this hotel room furniture facilities service and so much more! this is ridiculous from the hotel staff!

Attention the excursion on the Danube proposed by the hotel does not correspond to the Internet announcement of the hotel
Higher fare, extra meals and not on board, appalling noise of the music on the boat in addition to the engine out.

There are 2 hotels one next to the other. I stayed at the 3*one. The rooms are clean a bit dated, those at the end of the floors have great views over the Danube. Staff is friendly but a bit from another age. The whole experience was of a hotel that didn't quite make it out of communism. The spa was quite modern and relaxing though.

We were looking at 3 rooms. In the first: food from the predecessor in the minibar. In the second: Zahnpastareste in the jars wrapped in bags. In the third: long black hair in the toilet, completely versiffter and worn carpet. A price of €40 for double room in Romania might just be reasonable at this performance, but a regular price of €70 is beyond good and bad for the room. At night you can only cover with sheets + bedspread, a blanket is not included in the price… Despite 12 degrees outside temperature.
Pool, steam sauna and a tiny gym are available and in good condition. The staff is friendly and cheerful.
Attention: There is a Delta hotel with 3 stars and one with 4 stars! We changed to Delta 4 after one night, there is even a duvet… ;-)

Beautiful view on the Danube, perfect rooms with everything for the toiletries. Breakfast varied and plentiful.

Rooms are OK, good restaurant and nice spa, where you can get excellent massages.

The staff was very very friendly! We couldn't arrive in time (17. January 2016) because of closed roads. Our reservation was shifted to our later arrival without any charges! This house is the best! The room was really big, had the desired view to the Danube and was very clean! The buffet breakfast was plenty and manyfoldly, the evening menue was delicious! Many thanks to all of you, we spended wonderfully and pleasure days in Tulcea! Ana Maria.

Conditii decente in Delta de 3 stele.

I don't know how they do to have 4 stars. Is a good 3 star.

Quality issues: bed making noise, bath door not closing, nothing major. Big room in good condition, air conditioning a bit noisy. Restaurant good and with a good price/worth relation. Breakfast average. They are not able to finish their spa which is in "renovation" since months. Overall an acceptable place to stay, the three star part maybe more than the four star part of that hotel.
