Hotel Edma

Very nice and luxurious hotel, big and comfortable rooms, smart devices.

Rooms are very nicely furnished and large. The service at reception could be more courteous and attentive. Restaurant, food is very tasty with a large selection, unfortunately the selection of local drinks and dishes is lacking.

We had an exceptional night at Edma!

I was surprised when I opened my room first time and air conditioner was switch on, probably by personel in advance. I was happy because temperature was very high outside (36 degrees) and in my room 23 degrees same time 😁 Great idea!

Lovely hotel with good, clean rooms, however the pillows on the bed are cheap, uncomfortable and lack substance which I feel ruins the quality feel of the hotel. The rooms generally are light, well presented and a welcome home from home.
The only other problem that I have had with this hotel is the service in the restaurant isn’t always great. My last trip was a good experience, but previously I have been told that I am unable to sit at available tables to eat and must instead sit at the sofa, I have also been told that I can’t order room service unless I call a mobile number that didn’t answer. It’s a shame as the food is good, the beef cut is my favourite and the burger is excellent!
Out of all the hotels in Alexandria I prefer to stay here on my many visits.

We arrived at the hotel for trips in the area. Kind reception staff and took care of us quickly, good and clean rooms with balconies. At night, the room was changed for us due to a problem with the shower, there was no hot water, very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. A good place for those who want to take a rest point on the way to continue their trip in the area.
