Rooms are clean, could pe cleaner. Ac is old and noisy, bathroom looks clean but hot water is running slow, bath /jacuzzi is not working, rooms furniture is old, pool is out of order. Breakfast could be better and more diverse. No outside windows for rooms at the second floor.
We were guests in room no 103 during the summer of 2023 while we visited Satu Mare, super excited to have the room with the best balcony view. :)
Unfortunately, the room lacked proper cleaning, there was a bag full of garbage inside the closet, dust on the keyhole and plastic wrappings inside the drain… Everything in the hotel is outdated and definitely needs a remodel.
Staff wise, I think they had their best intentions, but wearing a miniskirt and looking like you haven't slept in days is not appropriate for a 3 star hotel.
